This fully furnished 2-bedroom, 2-bath condominium is located on the 3rd (top) floor. You'll love the peace and quiet that comes with no neighbors overhead, concrete construction, and the total absence of road noise. From the great room, lanai and master bedroom you'll look out onto the tree-lined 11th fairway and a pond that's regularly visited by wading birds. Access to the condo couldn’t be easier – there’s a reserved parking spot in the carport out front and an elevator that opens just steps from the front door. When you want to cool off, it’s less than 50 yards to one of VCC’s three neighborhood swimming pools.
The spacious 1,377 sq. ft. unit has central air conditioning and heat, and includes a screened lanai, laundry room with washer and dryer, extra linens and towels, and everything else you expect in a first class vacation rental:
•Master bedroom with a king size bed, cable TV, walk-in closet, large bathroom with dual sinks, and private access to the lanai.

The condo is within the private gated community of Vanderbilt Country Club in Naples, Florida. Bordered by Vanderbilt Beach Road and Collier Boulevard, VCC is just 8 miles from the soft white sand of Vanderbilt Beach. Southwest Florida International Airport is only 30 minutes away.

If you're not a golfer but would like to enjoy the club's dining facilities and other amenities, an Associate membership is available for $175 per family or $125 per individual.
