Location: Glen, White Mountains, New Hampshire, USA (Minutes from Attitash-Bear Mtn, Storyland, & North Conway)

Accommodations:  House, 5 Bedrooms + Convertible bed(s), 2 Baths (Sleeps 14)

This magnificent log home was built in 1987 and completely updated and remodeled in 1997. It has 7 skylights/windows throughout the home that can be opened in summer for cool breezes and will provide solar heat during winter to complement the newer propane gas heating system. There is also a wood-burning stove to assist with heating needs. There are three air conditioners for summer use.

There are five large bedrooms (that sleep 14), two baths, large fully-applianced kitchen, dining room, living room, and enclosed front porch with skylights. The master bedroom has a king-sized bed and a single bed, another has a queen and a singler bed, two others have a full-size and one bedroom has two single beds each. All the rooms are furnished. The enclosed front porch is over 20-feet long and has a direct view of Attitash Mountain. You are welcome to roll out sleeping bags or air mattresses for additional people as the home has large areas for this. The maximum number of renters we accept is 15.

The basement level is completely finished and modern, and features two bedrooms, laundry room, and a leisure area with a study/desk to do paperwork (on vacation??). If you get bored or like the sedentary lifestyle there are three TVs and two VCRs.

The grounds are expansive, surrounded by woods, but very private if you want to hold the large summer cookout or party. Don't be too loud or the Black Bears will saunter over to investigate. Have some fish in reserve or they could cause a ruckus.

The home is located on Glen Ledge, one of the most exclusive areas of Bartlett and is in close proximity to all tourist attractions, sports attractions, and is five minutes from the one and only local Dunkin' Donuts! High on Glen Ledge, the home commands views of surrounding Mount Washington Valley.

A farmer's porch surrounds the back and left side of the home. A large deck connects the farmer's porch to a large and beautiful above-ground pool that will provide hours of fun-filled activity for your family. The paved driveway provides parking for at least eight vehicles. The fall foliage season is spectacular from the front enclosed porch and winter sports are a stone's throw away from the front door. A magnificent vacation awaits you on "the Ledge."

This home is modern yet reflects the rustic quality of New Hampshire and White Mountain living. It is minutes from all activities and attractions. In today's stressful times this is the perfect location for a safe and enjoyable vacation!
