Accommodations:  Condo, 3 Bedrooms, 2 Baths (Sleeps 6)

CREDIT CARDS ON PAYPAL or Paypal accounts, personal checks (unless within 2 weeks) and money orders are accepted if any extra fees are covered by the renter.

MINIMUM age for primary renter who signs the contract is 25.

Great location and over 1000 square feet of space. 3 queen beds. New floor and baseboard hot water heat = cleaner air. We also have a cool air humidifier available. Many restaurants and factory outlet stores nearby. Try the MINT on rt 6 in Silverthorn!

Easy walk in from the parking lot - only 2 steps (one up to a 4ft x 4ft landing and the next into the building) and no stairs cases to negotiate. Free bus to all summit county 800 yards away.

You can store your skis in the entry (not inside the condo please). There are 3 queen beds - one in each bedroom.

There is a $90 cleaning fee in addition to the daily and weekly rates per stay for normal cleaning.

  • Refrigerator: It is empty but running cold, please leave it empty and on when you leave.

  • Mountain View: Buffalo peak and the ten mile range - but you can't see lake Dillon

  • WiFi (Wireless Internet): You can sometimes get online locally - but I would not count on it - there is a coffee shop across from the Office Max about a mile away that has WiFi.
• Suitability
  • No Pets Allowed: There are family allergies to cats and dogs and probably other animals - so please NO animals/pets
  • Handicapped Accessible (may have limitations): It has 2 steps to negotiate up from the parking lot - so it's fairly easy to get into.
  • Kid Friendly: the video library is G or PG and there are some children's games like Chutes and Ladders available under the TV
