The Lanai balcony has views of the Ocean, Black Rock, Molokai, Humpback Whales in Winter, Summertime Sunset, West Maui Mountains with the ever present Rainbows, while enjoying Lounging, Dining, Mai Tai's and Black Rock's nightly torch lighting.
The Kitchen is completely outfitted with silverware, crystal, 2 complete sets of service for 8 dishes, serving ware, pots and pans, bakeware, and a pantry, to make long term living and entertaining easy.
Built-in closets systems in Bedroom, Dressing Area, Entry and Pantry.
Large wall mounted flat screen TV's have Home Theatre Systems with DVD/CD and I pod docks, in the living room and bedroom.
The outstandingly comfortable Cal King bed has a top-of-the-line mattress [as used at The Ritz]. A very comfortable Stow Away bed, used at the finest hotels [standard, single], is also available.
The bedroom has a desk, if you must work, and WIFI.
NOTICE: Starting in Spring 2011, the lanai of every condo in both Towers is being renovated.

Rate Details (In US Dollars)
Minimum 7 nights, Maximum 3 person occupancy. $240 - $400/night.
HI Room Tax 13.416%, Checkout Cleaning $150, *Security Deposit $400.
If you have a car the Parking fee is $12/night, paid to the front desk.
Reservation Deposit required. All fees due 60 days prior.
Cancellations: No refunds if 60 days or less, else $50 processing fee.
For longer stays of 10+ nights, a weekly cleaning/linen change is included.
*The $400 Security Deposit, is fully refundable, upon satisfactory inspection
from housekeeping, upon checkout.

The ocean, Black Rock and Molokai island views and Maui rainbows are mesmerizing and amazing.

Suite #720 is luxurious, and of the highest quality, completely upgraded & totally Designer remodeled to today's Island style and Deluxe standards for a 5 Star resort. The kitchen is particularly outfitted for a gourmet cook, and the large pantry is perfect for long stays. All of the closets have build outs. We especially enjoy the ocean view on the lanai at breakfast, with evening cocktails, and at dinner while watching the nightly torch lighting at Black Rock.

Our home is in Rancho Mirage, Southern California; however Maui is our treasured "home-away-from home". We are here for several weeks at a time, 4 to 5 times throughout the year to keep the condos in A+ condition. Studio #814 was purchased in 2005, then 1 bedroom #720 in 2008. Marianne, an Interior Decorator, and I, constantly update and maintain the condos to make sure everything is perfect for our family, friends and especially our guests.

The unit has been remodeled and furnished with exquisite furniture. The kitchen is well equipped. The owners were extremely helpful and accomodating. We love this location as it is so handy to several very good restaurants, a shopping center, and several kiosks where you can book ocean activites like "whale watching" cruises. We also saw much whale activity from our lanai. We would recommend this property to friends and relatives without reservation.

We have been at this home for a week now and can't express enough how much we enjoy this unit. The high end furnishings, modern kitchen equipment and all amenities are second to none. It really is a 10 out of 10.

We have been coming to Maui for years and always stay at the Whalers. The property is beautiful, the best beach and shops and resturaunts right next door. This condo #720 is by far the most beautiful condo we have stayed in at The Whalers. The owners have been great to work with and are very helpful if you need anything. The kitchen has been set up wonderfully, everything you would need, with the best cookwear and dishes. The tv's are great and set up with dvd's, Oh, did I mention how comfortable the king size bed is, to me that's a must. With maid service once a week, who couldn't ask for a better vacation. Mahalo

This is a beautifully remodelled suite with all of the amenities. We would not hesitate to stay here again. We like to cook and the kitchen is extremely well-equipped. We really couldn't ask for anything more.
