Set within a smart development, this amazing one bedroom apartment is flooded with natural light and offers contemporary styling, striking wood floors and fantastic views just outside the development on River Thames.

The property comprises an outstanding reception room incorporating a stylish open-plan kitchen, light and airy master bedroom with doors out onto Juliet balcony.

The apartment is situated within easy reach of Vauxhall Underground station (British Rail and Victoria line) providing easy access into the shops, restaurants and entertainment of the West end as well as the city.

This one bed deluxe apartment is in the heart of London near Big Ben and the Houses of Parliament. It is a 550 sq ft apartment newly developed on the Albert Embankment of River Thames with the latest facilities. For safety and security there is a 24 hour secure entrance. It also provides a secure underground car park for a car.

The apartment is tastefully decorated to corporate standards. It comprises of one bedroom with a double size bed, one bathroom. The lounge is spacious too and it is fitted with double sofa which can be converted into a double bed.There is a cot/crib on the premises for babies and toddlers.The open plan integrated kitchen is well equipped with all the modern imaginable facilities and a comfortable dining area.

Upon request, we can provide a Wireless internet access,and a pair of mobile phones (pay as you talk). Please let us know what your requirements are at the time of booking. The rental rate is inclusive of towels & Linen. All the cutlery and utensils are provided as well.

The location is ideal both for the tourist and corporate visitors. All the major tourist attractions are a stone throw from the apartment. The Tate gallery is just opposite the apartment building. Downing street, Trafalgar square, Piccadilly Circus, Covent garden, London Eye, all but just a few attractions which are within 5-25 minutes walking distance. Queen Elizabeth Conference centre, Shopping area, Oxford Street, Regent Street, Bond street etc. are just a mile away. Financial district and the City of London are 2.5 miles. All political offices and Victoria offices are half a mile. Two underground stations, for traveling in London, are nearby and Waterloo international is just 1/2 a mile away.

There is a convenience store in the building nearby. A four star hotel (River Bank Park Plaza) is next to the development. This helps to cater for some of the food and entertainment needs. A supermarket is nearby for larger amount of shopping.

                My husband and I spent 16 days in London. This apartment was a perfect home away from home where we could relax and unwind after a long day of sightseeing. The management was very friendly and helpful. The unit, although not luxurious was adequate and much as we expected from the description. It was very clean and the secured entry with the 24 hr. oncierge made it feel very safe. There is a convenience store in the building, the tube and restaurants are both within a 10 minute walk. There is also a bus stop in front of the building. I would definetly recommend it.

                Recommended for: Sightseeing, age 55+, tourists without a car.

                When visiting from Canada, my son and I stayed at this apartment. We thoroughly loved our home-away. It was cozy, quiet, safe, and within walking distance to everything we needed. The service provided by the owners was professional, honest, and they very obviously cared that our stay be an enjoyable one. We would most certainly stay here again when visiting London and recommend it highly.

                Recommended for: Families with teenagers, sightseeing, romantic getaway, age 55+, families with young children, girls getaway, tourists without a car.

                First impression - the room reeked of stale smoke. The furnishings are a lot less grand. Master bed is rock hard and the fold out bed is a leather couch, not comfortable. No extra pillows are provided for that bed. Appliances are old. Bring toilet paper. No view, just an enclosed cement courtyard. Next door to the fire brigade (fire station). Minimum of 5 long blocks from any tube station. Minimum 5 long blocks from Starbucks. Across the river from all tourist attractions. The picture that shows the older building shows the only piece of older architecture in the district. One pub two blocks away. Far away from double decker bus drop off and pick up sites. Great hotel next door. Convenient small market beneath complex. This will not be our first choice when staying in London again. The property is simply too far away from all the attractions and not fairly represented, it was disappointing.

                My partner and I stayed at one of Sarab's units for 10 days in May 2010. It wasn't the unit as shown in the photos but it was very similar and a great apartment nonetheless. The building itself is new and very modern, the location is about a 10 minute walk from Vauxhall Station (with a mini Tesco market next to the tube station), no charming boutiques/restos nearby but a cool British pub just down the road (The Rose). The apartment (I had unit #79 on the 9th floor) was well appointed and very clean. It has 1.5 baths, a spacious bedroom, full kitchen, a good floor plan, and a STUNNING view of The Thames and Houses of Parliament/Big Ben. I would rate the apartment a 4.5 but that option is not available on this website. The Positives: -1.5 baths -full fridge/freezer, full stove, full dishwasher, etc. -the view! -the walk on patio -the concierge /security -an excellent value for the space and amenities -easily hosts 4 guests -an overall modern feel and all appliances work! The Negatives (only a few as we loved the apt): -with windows open the traffic on the embankment can be loud (windows closed is fine) -2nd bed in living room (more like a futon) is rather firm (like a rock...) -living room area has virtually no drapes so it's very bright very early (not so in the main bedroom) Overall, we really enjoyed the apartment and would rent it again in a second. For the square footage and rate it's really an excellent value for London. Cheers!

                we very much enjoyed the apartment. it is very conveniently located. you can walk to everything from the apt. also near the tube. convenience store also on location apt was very clean, very well kept. sarab was extremely helpful and honest. this apt is a gem!!

                My wife Carol and I enjoyed our time at the apartment close to the area where many attractions when you just needed to walk. Your apartment was very clean and secure. We were very comfortable when we stayed.

                I would recommend this apartment to anyone. We had lived in London for 2 years, very close to this apartment but on the other side of the Thames. We found this location to be much more quiet. The small market right next door was great. With the tube station a few blocks away, we navigated around London quite well. We also found Raffy to be very upbeat to deal with. We had a reservation for a week, and ended up extending the stay. The kitchen facilities were an added feature, as we didn't have to go out for meals everyday.

                My husband, daughter, and I stayed here for 5 nights and had a wonderful time. The apartment was beautiful and very comfortable. The views of Westminster Abbey and Big Ben were great. The building is in an excellent location. Staff were so helpful!

                We just got back from London after staying at this apartment and we have nothing but wonderful things to say about it. The location is great, the views are spectacular, and it felt like a home. The owner was awesome and gave us really helpful tips about the surrounding area (check out The Rose restaurant when you're there). When we return to London, I hope this apartment is available! Raffy - thanks again for a wonderful stay in London (as well as the "night cap"). And we're still talking about that amazing view of yours!

                We spent 4 nights at the Albert Embankment flat and was just really very pleased with everything. The owner and his brother were very nice, accommodating and quite helpful during our stay. The building is very well maintained and the flat had everything we would need. The store downstairs took care of most our needs and there was a big Tesco store on Kennington Lane just south of the Vauxhall tube station. It was very spacious and comfortable even for a group of 4. My only comment would be that the living room convertible sofa is not as comfy as some I've tried in other parts of Europe. The bed dips in some areas which is a minor issue if it's one person sleeping in it but I wonder if it would be a problem with 2 sharing it. The highlight of the property was the terrace with the best views of London. We spent some time there at night winding down. I highly recommend this property and will be back again!
