Marco Island has something for everyone.....enjoy shelling on the sandy white beaches, play a round of tennis, try parasailing, go on a fishing excursion, hit one of the nearby golf courses, shop in Marco's quaint shops, go for an evening stroll on the beach and enjoy the beautiful sunsets - whatever your passion, Marco Island has it!

This nicely furnished 2 bedroom end unit is conveniently located on the first floor (no stairs!). The master bedroom has a queen size bed, cable TV and its own master bathroom. The second bedroom also has a queen size bed, cable TV and access to the second bathroom. The sleeper sofa in the living room pulls out to a queen size bed. We have a pack n play available for our little guest. All linens are provided.

Enjoy our kitchen that is loaded with all the amenities of home. We have a beautiful lanai with seating for six to enjoy a lovely dinner. A washer and dryer are also in the unit. Beach chairs, beach towels and beach toys are all available for your use; after all, it is only a short distance to the beaches.

Smokehouse Bay Club is a beautifully maintained complex. You will enjoy swimming in our 2 swimming pools or playing on the tennis courts located out our back door. This community is known for its lush landscaping and great location. You are in the heart of Marco Island.....walk to restaurants, the spa, or our own fishing dock.

This unit is available for monthly rental only. We require a $500 security deposit which will be returned within 30 days of your departure if everything is left in good condition. Cleaning fees are included in our price. Absolutely no smoking and no pets allowed. We hope to hear from you soon!
