The upstairs portion of my home is a 2/1, with all amenities, plus a piano and very large deck for entertaining. High gloss varnished floors with nautical decor with a Florida flare.
It has a beautiful waterfront view of the canal, bay and yachts at anchor. A boat slip comes with my home.
The downstairs portion is a 2/1 also, queen pillow top and waveless waterbed, with all amenities, plus a pool table, dart board, and games. The floor is also tile for larger dogs. Flowers are everywhere just out your back door.
Both floors come with w/d, dishwasher, paper goods, linens, satellite tv HBO, wireless,grill, bikes, table and chairs for entertaining outside, fishing poles & tackle.
Hot Tub and in ground fire pit are shared.
The entire property is beautifully landscaped and you can sit on my dock & fish while watching the birds and dolphins go by. Or pick fruit from my yard while enjoying the Florida sunshine.
Have friends over to shoot pool and have a cook out. Or in the evening, have a drink with family or friends while relaxing in the hot tub.
The beach is at the end of my street and so are the rest., pier, shops, pubs and all of Times Sq. area within 2 blks. I am only two street from the exit of FMB across Matanzas Bridge. GREAT location!!
