BONITA BEACH PLANTATION HOUSE ... Beautiful top floor, two bedroom condo located just 300 yards from Bonita Beach/Barefoot Beach! Newly remodeled bathroom with walk in shower. New furniture, kitchen accessories and bed linens. 2 bedrooms with 1 bath. Confortably sleeps 4 adults but association allows for 6 people in unit. We do have a air mattress and leather sectional available for additional sleeping.
Relaxing view of canal and preserves with a glimpse of the gulf. Boat dock space is available with this unit, and offers direct gulf access in just minutes. Fun group of people meet at the club house for parties or the tiki hut for barbecue's. There is a pool and spa. Walk to Doc's Beach house for jet ski rentals, dinner, drinks or volleyball on the beach. The nature preserve is just down the street. Enjoy sunsets, shelling, or bocce balls on one of the nicest beaches in the USA.
Southern Florida is usually warm all winter and pleasantly nice in the summer and fall with the gulf breezes. (The gulf water is heavenly in the summer and deals are to be had at all restaurants and golf courses). Newly decorated. Come and enjoy!

Why the Owner Chose Bonita Beach Plantation House
I love Southwest Florida. It is definately warmer then anywhere else in the US during the winter months. The gulf is beautiful and the people are friendly.
The Unique Benefits of this Condo
I enjoy dinners at Doc's Beach House which is right down the street overlooking Bonita Beach. Sunsets are beautiful over the gulf of Mexico and FREE! Fishing off the pier is fun. The entire community is very friendly and outgoing.
