LOCATED IN THE MOST DESIRED PARIS LOCATION
This chic apartment on the rue des Saints Pères encompasses the entire fifth floor. Upon entering for the first time, passing through the double front doors into the foyer, one is struck by the amount of light coming through the eight windows of the salon, dining room, and bedrooms which look out over the rue des Saints Pères.
This three-bedroom, three-bathroom apartment has undergone a complete, “gut” renovation, which was completed in June 2008. New plumbing, new electrical, soundproof windows, and central air conditioning are just some of the highlights of the renovation. The original hardwood floors were restored to their former splendor. Modern bathrooms and powder room were installed, as was a state-of-the-art Miele gourmet kitchen.

There is no neighborhood, more central, more exciting, more hip, and with the best shopping, restaurants, cafés in all of Paris. The rue des Saints Pères apartment lies right in the center of it all. Ladies will love that the Maud Frizon boutique is on the street level of the building; Prada and Furla are at either end of the block. Cafe highlights include: Les Deux Magots, Café Flore, Bar de la Croix Rouge, Bistro Allard. Local neighborhood shops include some of the world's famous stores: Armani, Chanel, Sonya Rikiel, Burberry, Tods, & Louis Vuitton. For gourmet groceries, it’s five minutes to the Grand Epicerie at the Bon Marché, the Marché St. Germain, and the market street at rue de Buci.

We always receive a delightful welcome at Rue Saints Peres. The apartment is so inviting and we love that we have the entire floor to ourselves. One of our favorite features is the huge floor to ceiling windows that let in a ton of natural sunlight. The apartment has been updated adding modern luxury, while still giving us that cozy at-home feel. Whether we are lounging in the apartment or wandering the left bank checking out cafés, bakeries and shops our stay in St. Germain is always pleasant and relaxing.

This was honestly one of my favorite places to stay in Paris. Rue des Saints Peres is in such a central location so it was easy to walk to almost anything. Even with all the activity going on around us it was easy to have a little quiet time whenever we wanted. When we first started looking into vacations in Paris I saw pictures for this apartment online. The pictures looked charming, but they didn’t even compare to our truly wonderful experience. The apartment is on the upper-level so it’s quiet and has a beautiful view from almost every window. I loved curling up with a good book in the middle of the afternoon and people watching out the window.
