Why the Owner Chose Sebastian
This community is located beautifully on the Indian River. The sunrises are spectacular. Sebastian is a laidback community and the beaches are beautiful.
The Unique Benefits at this Condo
The community offers tennis, active clubhouse with heated pool, and dockage for upto a 20 foot boat. You are located close to the beaches and fishing is everywhere. There are numerous golf courses in the area and an active public library.
