Updated in 2010 with new flat screen HD TV and entertainment center.
Unit is located in the highly desired “C” building which is right next to the largest beachfront pool on the island and within a short 100 yard walk to the beach. The "C" building is also the closest building to the convention center where the restaurant, store, and owner services is located.
This condominium is a beautifully decorated one bedroom with a queen bed, a new super comfortable Lazy Boy queen-size sleeper sofa with easy to use air mattress, and built-in bunk beds in the hall area. There are two color TVs (1 flat screen HD), one VCR two DVDs and a stereo radio with CD. The unit is very peaceful since it faces a beautiful marsh from the deck side (non parking lot view, no parking lot noise).

Located at the beautiful Hilton Head Island Beach & Tennis (HHBT) Oceanfront Resort, which was named by Forbes Magazine as one of the top 10 family resorts on Hilton Head Island!!
The entire resort is designated as non-smoking and does not allow pets (of any kind, resort rules).
For the convenience of our guests, Hilton Head Beach & Tennis Resort features a convenience/souvenir store and sports bar onsite at the convention center. The sports bar has recently been updated and has numerous HD TVs for you viewing pleasure. Jamaica Joe'z oceanfront pool bar serves lunch daily in season and boasts the most beautiful sunrise on the Atlantic Coast.
If tennis is your game the resort features a lighted ten court tennis center, fully equipped pro shop, and a professional staff ready to serve your game.
Children and adults alike will enjoy the playground area and picnic grounds, complete with BBQ grills. Beach volleyball can be enjoyed as well as bike rentals in season.
Many great golf courses are located within a 10 to 30 minute drive (resort located between Palmetto Dunes and Port Royal Plantations).

The Unique Benefits at this Condo
The sports bar is great for relaxing and catching some sporting events. Numerous great golf courses nearby and the beach is beautiful.
Location of the "Light House" Numerous shops and restaurants by the marina. Harbour Town links home of the Verizon Heritage Golf Classic in April.
Shopping and restaurants, Tiki Hut Bar with live entertainment on the beach.

My wife and I live in East Tennessee and both graduated from the University of Tennessee (did I mention we will give discounts to fellow UT grads, GO VOLS!!). We love to travel but HHI is one of our favorite places to visit.
We stay in our unit at least twice a year and spend a great deal of time on the cleaning and decoration of the unit to ensure our guests have a great stay at HHI.

My husband & I took our 21-month old son to HH for a long weekend and stayed here. It was perfect for our weekend at the beach! The condo was very clean and nicely decorated. It was so convenient to the beach. We loved that we were able to rent bikes right on the property. The owners were great to work with too.

HHI Beach and Tennis is, in my opinion, one of the best kept secrets on the island. Great pool, right on the ocean, family friendly with places to eat right in the complex. My friend and I have stayed in one of the condos at least 10 times and we've always had a great experience. This unit is clean, well kept and close to the pool and ocean. Would recommmend it to anyone wanting a great experience on HHI. The owners were super easy to work with through VRBO and we plan to contact them again for our next visit. Overall, a wonderful experience.

We found this property clean and comfortable and very convenient to the pool & beach. The listing description and photos accurately depicted the space and surrounding amenities - in fact everything actually exceeded our expectations. Our grand-daughter loved the kiddie pool and playground! We will definitely stay here again and recommend it to our friends and relatives.

The condo was great and was furnished beautifully. Everything we needed to cook our meals was available and we were happy to find lounge chairs on the deck (we forgot ours) and the boogey boards. Hope to return again next year and will definately rent this unit again. We had a great time.

This was our first trip to Hilton Head. We had a great time. The property is located right on a beautiful section of the beach. Beach patrol is located in this area making it very safe for the kids. The beach patrol also rents kayaks for $16.00 an hour, which is a reasonable price and very convenient. The kids had a great time kayaking in the ocean and even had a dolphin swim around the kayak. The complex is quiet at night and there was no noise from the other units. We enjoyed being able to save money by cooking in the well stocked kitchen, which even had a ice cream scoop supplied. We recommend this property highly. The owners are great people.

Had a great week in your condo! Very clean and nicely decorated-just as described. Owners were great to work with. Was only a short walk to to ocean and bike trails started just outside the resort entrance. We took a day trip to Savannah and loved that it was only an hour away. Overall a wonderful vacation!

We had such a fun week at your villa! It was so tastefully decorated, clean, and REALLY well-stocked. You guys thought of everything we could need to make our vacation easy, carefree, and fun. The marsh view was great, and definitely beat the other buildings' parking lot views. The location couldn't have been more convenient - really close to the pool and beach. We loved it, I loved the kitchen, our 7 year old loved his "secret fort" bunk bed, and we will definitely be back!
