Located at the beautiful Hilton Head Island Beach & Tennis (HHBT) Oceanfront Resort, which was named by Forbes Magazine as one of the top 10 family resorts on Hilton Head Island!!
Completely updated in 2004 with tile throughout, all new appliances and furniture, this is arguably one of the nicest units in the resort. They say a picture is worth a thousand words so check out the ones attached!! In addition you get all of this at an affordable price. The entire resort is designated as non-smoking and does not allow pets (of any kind, resort rules).
Unit is located in the highly desired “C” building. The "C" building is right next to the largest beachfront pool on the island and within a short 100 yard walk to the beach. The "C" building is also the closest building to the convention center where the sports bar and Shoreline Ballroom is located.
This condominium is a beautifully decorated one bedroom with a queen bed, a new super comfortable Lazy Boy queen-size sleeper sofa with easy to use air mattress, and built-in bunk beds in the hall area. There are two color TVs, one VCR two DVDs and a stereo with CD. The unit is very peaceful since it faces a beautiful marsh from the deck side (non parking lot view, no parking lot noise).
A $150 refundable security/damage deposit required for all rentals (effective August 29th, 2009).

Resort Details:
The resort has a new sports bar with numerous flat screen TVs. A recently remodeled conference center/ballroom with major entertainment acts (see Shoreline Ballroom link below for schedule). Tennis courts and workout facility is available for our guests, new playground for the little ones, oceanfront tiki bar by the pool for food, drinks, and live entertainment (mid April to mid September). Many great golf courses are located within a 10 to 30 minute drive (resort located between Palmetto Dunes and Port Royal Plantations).
