Escape from reality to my world of 'tropical paradise'. Emerald Isle has all the amenities you have come to ask for and expect. It has two pools (one seasonally heated), large over-sized hot tub, pool deck pavilion with barbecue grills and exercise room, 4 high speed elevators for only 199 condos and 24 hour security. It is located on the west end of Panama City Beach where great restaurants and wonderful recreational activities are anxiously awaiting your arrival.
We have two rental condos at Emerald Isle. Unit #1108 is on the 11th floor. The master boasts a king bed with private bath, second bedroom has a twin and a queen bed so there is plenty of room for everyone! There are TV's in every room (even a 26' flat screen in the master) and DVD players in the living room and master bedroom. WiFi is available for your convenience. Of course there is a washer and dryer available.
Unit #609 is on the 6th floor and is a 2 bedroom/ 2 bath condo. There is a new king bed in the master and a new queen bed in the second bedroom. There are TVs in each bedroom and a DVD player in the family room. WiFi is available at no additional charge. Washer and dryer in the condo for you!
Located in the heart of PCB - Emerald Isle is close to all of your favorites - Pier Park...Shipwreck Island....Ripleys Believe it or Not...great restaurants and shopping options, too!
Come relax and enjoy the beautiful tropical breeze from your patio. The Gulf is gorgeous!

We had the best Spring break in PCB while staying at Emerald Isle! The unit was much larger than we expected and the additional room was very nice. The unit was updated and clean and also had wonderful views! The staff was very pleasant and Panhandle was very easy to work with. We absolutely loved the condo decor, resort and location! There is a famous breakfast place called Mike's diner and it's a must that you have breakfast there! We were also pleased that it was only a mile to Pier Park where they have outdoor bands, great restaurants and shopping. The condo itself is very spacious. We had a total of 6 in out party and we didn't feel overcrowded. The kitchen was well equipped and the extra bar seating was great. We will definitely return for future reservations. I booked the 1108 condo because the second bedroom had a Queen and Twin bed. I call the number listed, which is a company that manages the property for the owner, to confirm the room had the Queen and the Twin. Not once but twice. I was told both times yes that is had both. I said well the pictures don't show the room, so I just wanted to be certain. They assured me they had both and they would contact the owner about updating the pictures. We arrive and the room only had two full size beds. I just drove 10 hours and did not want to call them that day about the situation. Some had to sleep in the living room. This is what I wanted to avoid. I call Panhandle Getaways about the room. I think they should reimburse me some for the inconvenience; I could have rented another unit with three bedrooms if I wanted. They were rude and offered me a blow up queen bed!!! Really! I told them if I wanted to go camping I would have brought my tent and saved a lot of money! This is my family vacation and when I am renting a condo. I would like to get what I am told I am paying for. There are hundreds to choose from that offer what I was looking for, but I was told not once, but twice there would be the accommodations that they were advertising. I have stayed in Florida the past 18 years and have never been treated so poorly! I would advise the owner to find someone else to handle their property.
