May & Sep .. $325/week .. $ 900/month
Oct-Dec .. $395/week .. $ 950/month
ADD $100.00 per month per pet. $50.00 weekly per pet.
Weekly deposit $150.00 (1/2 of which is refundable if hm if left as found)
Security / cleaning deposit required; $400.00 half of which is refundable if home
is left exactly as found. There is a $20.00 charge per person per night
for overnight guests. A 2.2% sales tax will be added to rent.

Includes linens, pots, pans, utensils, dishes, small appliances. I live next door (block fence between properties) so if you need anything, I can usually provide it!!

We stayed here for 2 weeks. This was a nice place, the owners were very friendly and helpful with places to visit while we were visiting Arizona.Its close to golfing, shopping and the lake.Oh and the view is incredible.. Thanks again
Recommended for:Sightseeing, pet owners, families with young children, girls getaway, adventure seekers, families with teenagers, age 55+.
