My graduation date was this Saturday May 28 and I had family and friends come in town and stay at this house. I live on SSI and never thought there were houses as cool as this one. I think I stayed there more then our family did. It may not be on the beach but this house is awesome! The guest house makes the stay great. Everyone is spread out and has there own space. Also the owners are awesome!!!!!! They took care of everything and were very easy to get in touch with about anything!! I may live less then 2 miles away from the house but I will deff rent it again when I come home from school! IF ANYONE IS TRYING TO DECIDE TO RENT THIS HOUSE DO IT!!!! IT'S AWESOME!!!!! We had an amazing family vacation in St. Simons at this beach house! It was perfect for our group. We had 4 couples and 2 small children. (Kids slept in pack n play & on a little kids bed we brough with us) The guest house was perfect for the couple with out kids and the two couples with kids and the grandparents stayed in the main house. Short drive to beach and villiage and all kinds of great places to eat. We recommend doing the trolley tour at the beginning of your visit... we did it on the last day and found all kinds of other places we would have liked to visit! (Bunny is fabulous!) The owners of the house are very friendly and want you to have a good time! I could not recommend this house more. Enjoy!

such a nice place in a very quiet neighborhood. really enjoyed our vacation at your place. it was about 2 miles to 2 different beaches and only about 4 miles to the pier and downtown . my family really loved your home and the fenced in yard for the kids to play we will be calling again next year. thanks for letting us your your home.
