Enjoy the spectacular views from this 8th floor condo directly across the Gulf of Mexico with private beach access just across the street! This 1,600 square foot condo has a Master Suite (with fabulous views) with King sized bed and large Master Bath with double sinks, shower and large walk in closet. The Second bedroom offers two twin beds and has easy access to a full bath with Tub/Shower.
There is also a queen sized Sofa/Bed in the Living Room. The present owners purchased this Condo in 2004 and redecorated/refurnished it and also installed new carpet (07), new side by side refrigerator and new dishwasher (08). The owners also vacation in this condo so we make sure it stays very well maintained!
Vanderbilt Landings is a gated community which also includes a secured lobby. We have a private beach access 75 yards from our Condo. Our heated 60 foot pool is located along the Bay where you can see dolphins, manatees and many cruising boats from the Pool! We also have a Tiki Hut (also overlooking the Bay) with picnic tables and grills... perfect for cooking out Lunch or Dinner!
While staying in this condo you will enjoy the convenience of shopping and dining all within a few mile radius... even within walking distance. We are also bounded by World Class Hotels including La Playa and The Ritz Carlton!
This condo is fully equipped for "Beaching" with beach chairs and beach towels, for Entertaining and for every day enjoyment. We (the owners) love our Beach Condo and we know YOU WILL TOO!!
Stay for one week or one month or three months... you will be glad you did!!

This was our second year in the condo and it was wonderful. Recent painting and kitchen update made our experience even nicer. The unit is in excellent condition and "clean as a pin." Owner is great to work with. Condo is convenient to the beach, excellent golf courses (Raptor Bay, Old Corkscrew and Tiburon are great), shopping and restaurants (we recommend Kelly's and Pelican Bend on the Isle of Capri). We highly recommend this property.Recommended for: Girls getaway, age 55+.

About the owner: My husband and I purchased this condo in 2004. We sell Real Estate in Indianapolis Indiana and we own 3 condominiums in the Naples/Bonita area in Florida. We love the Beach and that is what attracted us to this Vanderbilt Landings Condominium. We love the views of the Bay and the Gulf from this 8th floor condo. I am the one who handles the rentals so when you inquire about this condo, I am the one you will be emailing or speaking to about the availability and rates.
Why the Owner Chose Vanderbilt Landings:
We chose this vacation rental because of its location on the Bay on easy access to the Beach. We love the setting of the pool with the Bay views, we are both tennis players and enjoy the tennis courts. We also use the BarBQ under the Tiki Hut for casual cook outs. The condo is very comfortable and we feel very much "at home" whenever we stay in our Vanderbilt Landings unit.
The Unique Benefits at this Condo:
This property is conveniently located near Restaurants, Shopping and of course, the Beach! We love the fact that we are 10 minutes (or less) from the grocery and only 20 minutes to Downtown Naples. We are also close to the new Mercato shopping area, Venetian Village plus much more!!!
