November 1 - June 14 (non-holiday) $750/night (3 night minimum)
Holiday .. $1000/night (7 night minimum)
Discount on stays of 14 nights or greater. Rates are subject to 17% federal taxes.
Initial deposit of 50% is required to secure reservation + $1000 security deposit.
Final payment of 50% is due at least 60 days prior to reservation start.
Payments are refundable if reservation cancellation occurs at
least 60 days prior to your stay.
