Boasting one of the largest 2 bedroom units around with 1,427 square feet of living area, this beautiful two bedroom, two bath condo features comfortable décor and a view of the Gulf of Mexico from the living room and master bedroom. This spacious condo is equipped with everything you need for a relaxing vacation - a 37" flat panel TV, DVD, and stereo in the living room and a TV in each bedroom. It can comfortably accommodate up to 6 guests with a King-size bed, Queen-size bed and a sleeper sofa.
The Master bath features a large jetted tub with a separate walk-in shower. The spacious kitchen is equipped with stainless steel appliances, granite counter tops, and is fully equipped for entertaining. The dining room seats six.
Parking is very convenient with gated, covered, reserved parking and an elevator to take you to your condo on the sixth floor. Sea Breeze is located just a few minutes from the airport, Edgewater mall, Convention Center, Great Southern Golf Club, the Charter boat fishing fleet, and within walking distance of the casinos. There is a meeting and community room available for private meetings; as well a large pool, hot tub, and exercise room for guests.
This is a non-smoking unit, no pets allowed, and no singles under 25 years old.
A couple of notes for the well informed: Sea Breeze is THE ONLY condo located on the white sand beach of Biloxi. The others require you to cross a 4 lane highway to get to get your toes in the sand! There are also two sizes of 2 bedroom units in Sea Breeze. Ours is the larger.

This condo is everything and more than Deb explained. I would love to come every weekend just to relax by the pool, walk on the beach. We had lots of fun and will stay again.
