Our unit, at Village at Camelback, is fully-furnished, in a gated community with private security. It is a three-story townhome located just yards from the mountain, on parking lot level. Parking is available for two cars, additional parking is also available, with easy, on-site check-in for permits.
Our lower level boasts two bedrooms, one with queen sized bed, the other with a bunk bed and two twin beds and a mini air-hockey table, and a full bathroom. Main level includes a half-bath, fully equipped kitchen with table, living room with pull-out queen sofabed, foosball table, and wood burning stove.
Upstairs you will find the loft, with queen sized bed and another full bathroom. Lots of closet space in all rooms. One of the few units that can sleep 10 comfortably and has an air conditioner!
Our unit is Non Smoking and pets are not permitted -- We want the cleanest, healthiest possible environment for all of our guests to enjoy!
Camelback has 33 ski and snowboarding trails and a snowboarding park. Camelbeach is the largest waterpark in Northeastern Pennsylvania! It has a lazy river, wave pool,tube rides, over 20 slides, an Olympic-sized pool, mini-golf, scenic chairlift rides and more!
Other activities include outlet shopping, horseback riding, hiking trails, casinos, fishing, golf, antiquing, and more -- all within a few miles of our unit!

- Our unit is on parking lot level- no lugging ski/snowboards up and down steps! It's kid friendly featuring a foosball table, mini air-hockey table, and videos to play on our VCRs or DVD player. All rooms have comforters and pillows, and linens are available if needed- just let us know. Enjoy cooking out on the grill!

We stayed at Jamie and Mark's townhouse from 12/30 - 1/6/12. The accommodations were exactly what were looking for - close to the Camelback Mountain, plenty of parking, very roomy, balcony with gas grill, fireplace and an awesome fooz ball table that we spent hours playing. Jamie and Mark were super easy and great to work with - price was very reasonable for the area and time frames we chose. The website pictures were very accurate. We would definitely stay there again. Our family had a great ski vacation. One suggestion to the owners would be to set up a WiFi access so we could use our laptops which was needed for work.

We loved the condo and the location. Close to the waterpark, very convenient. Kids had a great time swimming in the pool at the condo as well. We had 2 families (6 kids) and there was plenty of room for all of us, and our bags. Definitely would do a trip here again. Thanks for everything csandfamily

Awesome stay. The owner was very very very accommodating. The cabin is great. Foosball = awesome. Everything you need for a good time: two big beds, two couches, two chairs, nice kitchen area, outside deck. Really fun place but its a little bit of a drive to get something to eat so definitely pack food for the trip. We had a great time hiking / going to restaurants / bars. The community pool looks really cool too. Overall a great rental and am looking forward to hopefully renting again in the future.

I rented this unit between January and March. The unit is right on the side of Camelback. It is a 5 minute walk to be on the slopes. No need to deal with parking and shuttles at the mountain. The unit is well kept and clean. There is access to a pool with jacuzzi, community room, and gym. I think there are tennis courts but we have never used them. The owners are a pleasure to deal with. Responsive and responsible.

I rented this unit for my family for January and February 2010. The unit was in great shape when we arrived, it was clean and well kept. The unit is just across a street from the slopes, a 3 minute walk. Jamie and Mark were very easy to work with and a pleasure to rent from.

We rented the place for the Christmas weekend and enjoyed. Here is what we liked the most: 1. proximity to Camelback slopes (can even walk there) 2. swimming pool with hot tub and spa in the community (with an exit into the yard with snow) 3. spacious place - I'd call it 3-bedroom - not 2-bedroom (since the room on 2nd floor serves as a bedroom very well), well heated, and well equipped (fireplace, foosball, air hockey) and even well decorated!

Rented this house for two months in the Summer 2009. Loved it! Very nice place to stay at. Walking distance to Camelbeach Water Park and the indoor community pool.
