My friends and I spent an extended weekend at the Desert Oasis with our 7 children (ages 6 months to 4 years). The Kobey's were very accomodating to all of our needs. The house was beautiful and we loved the neighborhood pool, including the kiddie pool. With the HUGE gas grill and hot tub we didn't need to leave the house the whole weekend. We'd definitely recommend this vacation spot to all of our friends!

We had twelve guys for a long weekend on a golf outing and this place worked very well. We had a minor problem at the start that Guy took care of immediately. I would recommend this place to anyone.

I AM A CATHOLIC PRIEST WHO HAD A KIDNEY TRANSPLANT AT MAYO CLINIC ARIZONA IN PHOENIX ON AUGUST 25, 2009. NEEDING TO REMAIN IN PHOENIX FOR 6-8 WEEKS CONVALESCING POST TRANSPLANT SO AS TO BE AVAILABLE FOR FOLLOW-UP APPOINTMENTS AT THE MAYO CLINIC, I RENTED KOBEY'S COZY DESERT OASIS VACATION HOUSE FROM SEPTEMBER 1 - OCTOBER FOR MYSELF AND MY CAREGIVERS. IT WAS THE PERFECT LOCATION FOR US, IN A BEAUTIFUL, SPACIOUS, WELL FURNISHED PROPERTY, WHERE I WAS ABLE TO RELAX, REST, RECREATE, AND REVITALIZE, WHILE CONVENIENTLY RECEIVING MY POST TRANSPLANT MEDICAL CARE. THE TRAPANOTTO HOUSE AS I CALL IT IS VERY COMFORTABLE AND ACCOMODATING FOR SEVERAL PEOPLE LIVING THERE TOGETHER. ITS PROXIMITY TO SHOPPING, BANKING, RESTAURANTS. AND RECREATIONAL ACTIVITIES IS WONDERFUL... AS IS LAKE PLEASANT, LESS THAN A HALF HOUR AWAY, WHERE WE ENJOYED A COUPLE OF AFTERNOONS DURING OUR STAY. LASTLY, THE OWNER, GUY KOBEY WAS GREAT TO DEAL AND WORK WITH DURING OUR STAY.........I HIGHLY RECOMMEND IT TO OTHERS FOR CONSIDERATION WHEN YOU NEED TO STAY IN PHOENIX FOR A PERIOD OF TIME. As a group of 12 men, we went to Phoenix for a few days of golfing and relaxation. Guy's house was perfect for us. It was close to many of the finest courses in the area, and it had everything in the kitchen that we needed for creating some great dinners. The yard was ideal for relaxing in and having a few cool ones after the games. Guy was very easy to deal with, and delivered everything the way he said he would. We will use his facilities again next year.

We had a group of 11 Basketball fans that were there March 25 to 29, 2009 for the NCAA. WE have been going to different cities for a NCAA weekend for the past 5 or 6 years and staying in hotels. This is so much better! The house was great, allowing us to spend time with everyone or to go to the privacy of your own room. Guy was easy to work with and did everything he said he would. I would recommend this to any big group.

This vacation home was perfect for our family get-together. The backyard was perfect for our young children to run around in and the community pool and park also suited our needs perfectly. The house came with all the essentials. You can rest assured that in case of an emergency, your hosts will respond quickly and solve the problem. (I am referring to a hot water tank leak that was taken care of VERY quickly, THANK YOU!!!)

The mountain bikers( 6 of us) from Wisconsin stayed for a week in early March. We had great weather and rode and enjoyed the beatifull terrain in and around the Phoenix area. Kobey's place was a great place to head out from, and then retreat back to. Always enjoyed the hottub after a hard day on the trails. The kitchen was top notch and enjoyed staying in and cooking some great feasts. Can't wait till next spring when we can do it all over again. Thanks Kobey for the great accommodations. Steve Johnson

What a great place to stay. We as well as our two Westies loved it. The skiing at Sunrise was great. Given we have skied a lot in France and Switzerland we were very happy with the conditions at Sunrise. As Arnold said we will be back.

We as well as our guests where so amazed by the accomodations of this home. It is so beautiful and can nearly sleep an army! What a way to spend my husbands 40th. Guy gave us some great recomendations of places to eat and visit. There is great mt. biking, night clubing, and restuarants all within 30 min. of the house.
