Welcome to our breezy, comfortable, (we need a vacation) condo. We are located in Gulf Breeze, a high rise located within walking distance to beautiful Vanderbilt Beach and Wiggins Pass State Park and Beach. Gulf Breeze is 30 minutes from Fort Myers Regional airport and very close to many great restaurants, mega shopping, theater, cultural events and lots of white sandy beaches to explore and enjoy. There is an endless array of beautiful shells to collect and the evening sunsets are spectacular!
Gulf Breeze is a well maintained high rise with a newly renovated, very tropical lobby. The outdoor, heated pool and small clubhouse (with barbecue grill) face the bay. Many people will fish the bay in the evening or just sit on a bench and enjoy the view. The palm trees are always bending with the wind and the flowers, with their vibrant colors and sweet fragrance, are enjoyable to all.
Our condo is cozy and fully furnished. The lanai is a great place to take a nap or read a book. The kitchen has everything, and then some, for cooking a great meal and entertaining.
The master bedroom is spacious, with a walk in closet, and large over-sized tub to relax in. Our condo is decorated very nicely and sure to please!
