Casa Do Sol - Home of the Sun is very fitting for this gorgeous home located approximately 70 yards to the beaches of Blue Mountain. The shimmering emerald waters and sugar white sand await your arrival. This newly redecorated home welcomes you with an inviting open and spacious feel with 20 foot ceilings in the sunken living room area. With a flat screen TV mounted over the gas fireplace, you relax and unwind after a fun day at the beach. The French doors in the living room lead to the outdoor pool area, with gas grill and a hammock to soak in the sun. The dining room area with seating for 6, has tall tray ceilings with inlaid copper colored glass, when lighted reflect a warm glow through out the dining. Directly across from the dining room is a kitchen with stainless appliances, and bar with seating for 3. Off of the kitchen there is a wine bottle refrigerator.
A large master bedroom suite is on the first floor which offers a chaise lounge to relax and watch a movie. The master bedroom bath has a large glass block walk in shower, as well as a garden tub and dual vanity sinks.
Three more lavishly decorated bedrooms are upstairs on the second level. Each with a private bath, you can relax in the King or Queen bedroom. For the kids the property offers a bunk bedroom with private bath. Just up a small staircase from the second floor is a seating area for reading or just having some alone time to reflect on the fabulous time you had in this spectacular Blue Mountain home.
This home is now allowing pets with an additional fee. Only dogs are allowed. Owner is highly allergic to cats.
There is a 20 mile bike path that is great for family exercise just outside the community for you to enjoy. Seaside, a well known community, is a short drive heading east on Scenic 30A. A few of the many things offered in Seaside are various restaurants, for dinner or just a quick lunch, Ruskin Place, which has artist studios and antique furniture to look at, and the amphitheater that has weekly movies and entertainment for children. On the south side Seaside is an outdoor bazaar with little shops selling various kinds of merchandise to purchase and take home. Night time entertainment is offered at Bud and Ally’s in Seaside. Santa Rosa Beach and Golf club located to the West of the property is open to the public for dining and golf. Goatfeather’s Restaurant and Fresh Seafood market will satisfy your taste for seafood. Blue Orleans, is a restaurant that features New Orleans style food and music. Also in the area is Silver Sands, the largest designer outlet mall in the country is located in Sandestin. The ladies will love to have a day away from the beach and “shop till they drop”!
