This very pretty oceanfront unit is on a lovely wide beach. A wonderful location for your summer vacation, spring or fall getaway. It's perfect for a small family or couple. The condo is clean and updated. It has a master bedroom with a King bed and a queen sleeper-sofa and a convertible "love seat" pull out single bed in the oceanfront living room where you can listen to the ocean while you doze off to sleep.
This condo with updated kitchen design and new kitchen appliances, brightly painted and tastefully redecorated in a coastal style with all new furniture. Our vacation rental is fully equipped for your comfort, relaxation, and enjoyment. Just bring your swimsuit and towel. Your private oceanfront deck is perfect for dining or watching the ocean.
A high top table and chairs plus two rockers and cocktail table, all in outdoor white wicker, are on the deck for your enjoyment while you relax outdoors. The oceanfront pool is just steps away and features a sun deck, gazebo, lounge chairs and a beach view. There is a wide lawn area with barbecue grills for outdoor cooking.
The unit is in an elevated first level with one flight of stairs. Exclusive reserved private parking(tandem for 2 cars)is located under the unit. This reserved parking feature is only available in first floor units. A private ground level closet in the parking area is equipped with beach chairs, umbrellas, beach toys, boogie boards, etc. for your use during your stay.
The uncrowded white sandy beach is 7 miles long and accessible by a private walkway from the property. Lifeguards are on duty at the beach during peak season and times. Walk along the water, pick up shells along the shoreline, swim, surf or just relax on the beach.
About the area:
Carolina Beach and Sea Colony are located on Pleasure Island that is accessible by bridge from the north or ferry boat from the south. Charter boats for fishing, dining, and tours are located in Carolina Beach. Restaurants, shopping, the North Carolina Aquarium, a small amusement park and beach rentals (bikes, etc.) are also on the island. There is a bicycle path that runs along a part of the island. There are two piers on the island for fishing.
Pleasure Island features various festivals throughout the year. The Spring Festival at Carolina and Kure Beaches features live entertainment, arts and crafts. Several Golf courses are located close by. There are several shops in the area featuring beach items ranging from clothing to home decor. Numerous restaurants serve meals ranging from snacks and casual to more formal evening meals.
The historic port city of Wilmington, located 17 miles away, plays host to various special events. One is the North Carolina Azalea festival in April featuring live musical and theater performances, garden and historic homes tours, outdoor activities, food and crafts. During the summer outdoor activities are scheduled along the Wilmington riverfront. The North Carolina Battleship Museum and riverfront cruises are in Wilmington. A ferryboat makes the half hour trip to the quaint town of Southport. Cars or Bicycles may be taken onto the ferry that goes from Ft. Fisher to Southport, both great places to visit.

Our first time to rent a condo, and our first visit to Carolina Beach. We will be back. The condo is wonderful. It is very clean, comfortable, and charming. I love the beach theme throughout the condo. The view of the ocean is perfect. There were plenty of beach toys to play with, as well as many other things to make you feel at home. Everything we needed for a terrific vacation. The Owner obviously takes pride in the rental, and does everything possible to make guests feel welcome and at home. Thank you for sharing your home at the beach with us!!
