Our immaculate and extremely spacious Florida home accommodates 6 people easily and has been furnished to an extremely high standard with solid wood furniture and features many upgrades such as porcelain-tiled "wet areas" and stainless steel appliances. We have installed a 50" plasma TV in the living area for great family viewing which has cinema surround sound and we have also installed wall mounted LCD TV's in the bedrooms, plus a wall mounted monitor for computer access with broadband internet and Wi-Fi. A fax and copier machine is provided for your convenience.
We have a 29' private south facing pool (not over-looked) with underwater lighting and heater when required and we have installed privacy screening for our guests' comfort. A high quality patio table with comfy chairs and loungers are provided with a solar parasol that can be used for subtle lighting in the evenings. A BBQ is also available for convenient alfresco dining. There is a community pool, cabana and children's playground located on the development.
This is a 3 bedroomed, fully air conditioned, single story home, great for those with mobility difficulties. The large master bedroom features a king size bed and en suite bathroom plus walk-in closet. There is also a queen size bedroom and the third holds a twin room both have closets, between these lies the family bathroom. All bedrooms have ceiling fans installed.
There are 2 huge family rooms, the first holds the TV room which includes DVD / CD with sofa and chairs and the second a large sectional sofa for socializing, both areas have ceiling fans installed and mood lighting controlled by electronic dimmers. There is a large open plan kitchen which is fully equipped and the dining area has a natural wood dining table with leather chairs and a kitchen island which has complementary tall chairs doubling as a breakfast area.
The utility room consists of a top of the range Bosch washer and dryer and leads to the 2 car garage.
Our villa is conveniently located near all attractions, Disney (10 mins), Universal Studios, Wet & Wild, Sea World (25 mins), Kennedy Space Center, Busch Gardens and the East Coast beaches (1 hr), Gulf Coast beaches (approx 1 1/2hrs). It is only 30-40 minutes from Orlando International airport and 1 hour from Sanford. There are numerous golf courses within a few minutes drive and many shops and restaurants nearby such as Walmart, Winn Dixie, Publix, Kohls, Chili's, Applebees and soon to come Red Lobster and Olive Garden. Within walking distance there is a post office, pharmacy, supermarket and fast-food restaurants plus salons and banks. The US192 is just a 5 minute drive away and many restaurants and shops can be found here.
