Rate Details (In US Dollars)
$5500/week (7 Night Minimum)
PAYMENT: Full payment must be received at least 60-days prior to arrival (90-days
during holiday season). Payment to be made by cash, personal or business check,
travelers checks. Credit Card payments will be charged a 3% fee.
$2000/Deposit. $520/Out Cleaning Fee.
In addition to the above fees, the state of Hawaii imposes an 12.25% tax. (13.25%
as of July 2010) Holiday Season .. Dec 15-Jan 15 (14 night minimum).

A wonderful place for a family or large group of friends

We were lucky enough to spend Thanksgiving (2011) week with our family on Kauai and stated at Maka La'e. We loved the spaciousness, convenience, and amenities of this amazing home. While Kauai offers wonderful restaurants with a variety of cuisines, it was just fun to stay home some evenings and the entire family (six adults, one baby) cook dinner together (and some got to clean up - with two dishwashers, it was pretty easy). The property managers were great. If we needed something, it was there by the time we returned from swiming, sightseeing, shopping, or just enjoying the island. We hope to go back; although getting a family of eight (and growing), may not be that easy. Thank you Brett, Jamie, and Louie for making our Thanksgiving week an unforgettable experience.
Recommended for:Adventure seekers, girls getaway, families with young children, age 55+, families with teenagers.
