A unique and lovely beachfront home on Moonlight Beach is waiting for your arrival. Situated in a beachfront community just minutes from the quaint village of Encinitas (two blocks walking), the retreat is conveniently located. It is half hour to downtown San Diego to the south, and Carlsbad/LaCosta to the north. A Hollywood movie, "The Champagne Gang", was filmed for one week at this site because of this unique location. 22 weddings were also performed at this site. This was a family estate for 45 years and is now open to the public as a unique beachfront home on Moonlight Beach in Encinitas.

We had a wonderful time. The location is walking distance to town and the beach is right there. Very quiet, the outdoor space is great. The owner is on property and you would never know. Look forward to future stay.
Recommended for:Romantic getaway, sightseeing, girls getaway.
