(King and two Queen beds). The second floor has two more bedrooms, one queen bed and one with a sleeper sofa, another family room with wet bar, one bath and a large balcony overlooking the water. The lanai has a 103" table that seats nine, two lounge chairs and a barbecue grill. We have also included five bicycles, 6 beach chairs, beach umbrella, and rolling cooler for you to use at the beach.
