I have been a Realtor for 20 years. After starting my career in Portland, Oregon where I was born and raised, I moved to Atanta, GA in 1998 and started my family. My two wonderful children love the beach and we look forward to visiting whenever we can!
Why the Owner Chose El Matador
I have been vacationing in the Destin/Fort Walton beach area since 1997. Each time, I would pick a different location...just wanting to try them all and see what I liked the best. Once I found the El Matador, I knew it was my favorite. I fell in love with the 13 miles of untouched beach to the west, the gulf on one side and the bay on the other. You will not find another location like it...believe me, I have tried. :)
The Unique Benefits of this Condo
The island is very relaxing and quiet yet close to everything. Minutes to the Gulfarium, restaurants, nightlife and the fishing pier.

This condo made our vacation, the interior was decorated wonderfully with the best appliances, and I have to admit after vacationing in the gulf for almost 20 years the undisturbed beach west of this condo is something I have never experienced. If you are looking for a convenient location, beautiful condo, and a beach all to your self this is your place! I will be back…

This condo was a wonderful property to stay at! Very clean, updated & truly family oriented! Stunning view, and right on the beach! We have already booked our vacation here for next year!
