Bike down to Cape Canaveral National Sea Shore only a mile away. Kayak, surf or boogie board with our equipment. Adjacent to the local park with playgrounds, tennis and basketball court. The complex has fishing available directly off docks and a large heated pool for your enjoyment. The condo is located in a beautiful beach town with restaurants, bars and a small theater.   • We loved this condo. The view from the front and back was spectacular. The condo is bigger than the pictures suggest. The king bed in the master BR was really comfy. The condo was well stocked with everything necessary for a fabulous vacation and the furniture in the LR was nicer than you would expect from a rental unit. We will surely be in touch for our next NSB vacation! Thanks Mike!

  • We spent a week at this condo and had a wonderful time. The pictures don't do it justice. The view from front over the houses to the ocean is nice, and the view of the mangrove and river out back is a wonderful contrast. Inside is much bigger than the pictures make it look. For fishermen (women), being able to fish off the docks or put kayaks in right there is very convenient. I've stayed in five or six places in New Smyrna Beach, and this is now our favorite.
