To help you prepare your favorite meals, you will find everything needed in kitchen ware and appliances. There several BBQ charcoal grills located on the pool deck to help make dinner fun and enjoyable.

Our Building is located on the driveable part of the Beach. You can view the beach by the pool deck, or by car. You can also rent 4 wheel ATVs, Golf Carts, Bicycles, and Scooters to ride on the Beach.
Within walking distance (6 to 8 Blocks to the North) at the Pier and Boardwalk, you will find Games, Rides, Food vendors,and a Movie Theater
No matter what your taste is for fun, you'll find it here. Whether you choose to do alot, or nothing. Relax by the pool, or go for a stroll, maybe even, just sit by the wide sandy beach and listen to the waves break softly in the background. Either way enjoy one of the worlds most famous beaches.

We love the Ocean, Inter-Coastal Waterways and Sandy Beaches. We live and work in Ohio, but our Fun is in Daytona Beach. We enjoy Sailing,Tennis,Golf,Motorcycles and walks on the Beach. Ohio is beautiful, but it's great to take a break from the cold Winter months.
Why the Owner Chose Harbour Beach Resort
Our building is located 8 blocks South of the Pier and Main Street and has a unique unrestricted view of the Ocean and Coastline. In fact, We loved the location of our Condo building so much that we talked several of our family members into buying condos in the same building. We plan trips together and look forward to family vacations. If you have a lg group we also offer group rates.
The Unique Benefits of this Condo
This unit is one of very few units in our building that have direct walk out access to the private and secure, pool and jacuzzi deck, direct from it's private,ocean front patio. We also are the private owners of the TIKI Bar that is located on the pool deck. This is not a active bar, but could be used by our guest for private functions with prior approval. The Tiki Bar is a 16 x16 area with a roof, located right on the pool deck. Only the guest of our private rentals, are allowed to use this area. it is not available to the other owners or their renters. Please FEEL FREE TO MAKE ARRANGEMENTS WITH US FOR ITS USE.

Hy husband and my friend and I have stayed in many of Mary's rooms over the past three years. They are all nice and comfortable. We have enjoyed every stay very much. The location is also a big plus and the pool area and hot tub are well maintained. You will enjoy your visit to Daytona in this space!

My family met at the resort to celebrate a graduation. Fortunately I was able to contact Mary to rent this beautiful condo. The condo was cozy, clean, and had a beautiful view. The bed was so comfortable. I would recommend this condo to all of my friends and family. The resort was very clean and cozy. I must say the location was great. We would stay here again.

We loved our 2 week vacation at this Condo. The direct access to the pool by the balcony, the closeness of the beach and the secure site (key access) were very much appreciated by the whole family. The beach is beautiful, long and calm even if the cars are able to access it (we were afraid that this was going to be an issue but it wasn't). We walked on the beach, we visited the neighbourhood : Souvenirs, mini golf, grocery store, restaurants including a Pizza Hut 5 minutes away from the Condo. We spend 2 days at Universal Studio and 1 at Epcot. It takes about 90 minutes to go to Orlando, it's a bit far but the road is beautiful. The Bergeron Family
