Skiers and snowshoers will love that Four O'Clock run is just outside the door and a brief ski down to Snowflake lift with access to Peaks 7,8,9, and 10. Ski home for lunch or down to town. A fully equipped kitchen makes eating-in a great alternative to the cost, crowds, and waiting at restaurants and on-mountain lodges.

- Mountain View : The condo has an exquisite view up Four O'Clock ski run to the summit of Peak 8. Summer, Fall, Winter and Spring, the seasons change, but the view remains spectacular.
- Ski-In : With Four O'Clock run as your back door, you can come and go as you like, come home for lunch, come home when you're tired or come home for a swim and hot tub. No more waiting for stragglers, buses, or traffic. Everyone skies as much or as little as they like. Great for kids or groups with various levels of ski ability.
- Ski-Out : Four O'Clock Ski Run is just out the door. A few minutes glide down to Snowflake lift and you have access to Peaks 7,8,9, and 10.

Best Asian Food in town. Eat in or order out and pick up. Just two minutes from the condo, right behind Lonestar Sports.
Best place in town for coffee, tea, pastries, lite breakfasts. Best bran muffins you'll ever taste.
All purpose store for spirits. Conveniently located just minutes from the condo.
Close and very friendly place to rent or service skis, rent bicycles, etc.

We are avid outdoor enthusiasts who love skiing, showshoeing, hiking, biking, and anything to do with the mountains! We have had our place in Breckenridge since April of 1999 and thoroughly enjoy the time we spend there. It still amazes us that we can engage in so many of our favorite activities right outside our door! We love sharing our place with people who also appreciate the natural world and follow the dictate to "do no harm" to the environment and "leave no trace" that you have enjoyed your time in nature. We feel extraordinarily lucky to have found our piece of heaven on earth and hope our guests enjoy their time in our home away from home as much as we do.

We stayed over Thanksgiving and we extremely pleased with this condo, Very clean,Very nice furnishings and the kitchen was well appointed which is important. Great location 1st floor ski in and out plus right near pool and Jacuzzi. I would highly recommend this condo, plus the owner are nice.
Recommended for:Adventure seekers, families with young children.

My husband and I decided this year our three CO families could come visit us--at differnt times. So we rented this condo and it worked perfectly for us. It was very clean, well furnished and equipped, and had a view of the mountains from the patio. We were able to do sheets and towels between the family visits which was convenient. We enjoyed having a larger patio than some of the other condos with the space to sit and visit, have a snack and the use the grill for some of our dinners. Our contacts with Carol were very helpful and we enjoyed the suggestions of places to eat in Breckenridge in their condo informational folder. The staff at River Mountain Lodge was very responsive when something needed to be checked. We would come back again! In fact my sister and her husband booked for a return visit with his son who is visiting! I would recommend it for four or maybe five although the mattress on the hideabed was a little thing but ok for a couple of nights.
Recommended for:Romantic getaway, adventure seekers, families with young children, sightseeing, age 55+, girls getaway.

This is a nice condo with everything you need. The location is great, just a minute drive and you are in downtown Breck. With 4 o'clock run right out the back door we were able to ski out of a morning and ski in when we finished. Owners were very friendly and helped with any questions we had.
Recommended for:Tourists without a car, adventure seekers, families with young children.

My wife and I really enjoyed our stay in this condo. It was clean, spacious, very well appointed, and most comfortable. The location, right off the Four O'Clock run, was a treat, even in the summer, as it allowed for some impromptu hiking right outside our door. It was an easy walk into town as well. The owner was very helpful in recommending hiking trails, etc. We would definitely stay in this condo again.
