- Mountain View: The condo has an exquisite view up Four O'Clock ski run to the summit of Peak 8. Summer, Fall, Winter and Spring, the seasons change, but the view remains spectacular.
- Ski-In: With Four O'Clock as your back door, you can come and go as you like, come home for lunch, come home when you're tired or come home for a swim and hot tub. No more waiting for stragglers, buses, or traffic. Everyone skies as much or as little as they like. Great for kids or groups with various levels of ski ability.
- Ski-Out: Four O'Clock Ski Run is just out the door. A few minutes glide down to Snowflake lift and you have access to Peaks 7,8,9, and 10.
