Royal Highlands is an active adult (55+) community located in the heart of Florida. 45 minute drive to the Orlando airport as well Disney, Universal and SeaWorld. This inland location is well protected from hurricanes and yet is only an hour's drive from either coast. We are a gated community with an 18 hole golf course, walking trails, fishing lakes, and one third of the community is in wetlands or green areas.
We have recreation center with an outdoor pool and a heated indoor pool. There is also a Great Hall used for community concerts, bingo, and dances with a large industrial size kitchen. There is a restaurant, pro shop, and fitness center included in the community amenities.
We provide a king size, a queen size, and two twin size beds with all linens and towels. There is also a pull out sofa bed. The bedrooms have carpet; all other areas have ceramic tile. The living room has two sofas, two recliners, an entertainment center and storage shelves.
The two car garage includes automatic door opener plus the washer and dryer are in the garage. Amenity fees and lawn care are paid by owner. The kitchen is fully furnished with pans and dinnerware.
