Beautiful Writer's home, complete with fully stocked library. Incredible take-your-breath-away views from almost all areas of the house. Wrap around balconies. Can sleep up to ten people.
Upper level has huge Master Bedroom with king bed, fireplace, walk-in closet, and private full bath with separate shower and jacuzzi tub. This level also contains a large loft area w/ futon couch that pulls out to comfortably sleep two, another full bathroom and gorgeous one-of-a-kind bar.
The main level contains the living room w/ fireplace, library/TV nook, kitchen and dining area, guest bathroom and full, separate laundry room. Both main and upper levels have windows/balconies that look out to gorgeous "winter wonderland" canyon/valley views!!
The lower level has three bedrooms and one bathroom. One bedroom has a queen, one has a full-size bed, and one has twin beds.
The kitchen has everything you need to cook and serve. The laundry room has built-ins for folding/sorting as well as washer and dryer. All bedding and towels provided. Two-car garage.
Outdoor seating is available during warmer weather. Can walk down to running creek at lower end of property. Trees surround the entire area. It is so peaceful and quiet. The fall colors are terrific.
Walking distance to Nordic Valley. Near Powder Mountain and Snow Basin ski resorts.
Maid service is available if desired. Two local caretakers also available for errands, groceries and driving.
