The apartment was fantastic. The views were amazing and the location cannot be beat. We had plenty of room for two adults and a teenager and everything we needed at our fingertips. Best trip ever to NYC. We'll be back! Thank you!

I'm sitting here in the condo on my last day of vacation, and don't want to leave!! From the beginning, I had a great experience working with Chris, the owners son. Everything worked out great with making the reservation, and once we arrived, we had a greeter, Mike, meet us at the unit to give us the key, and acclimate us to the unit. One of the main reasons I booked the unit were the reviews on VRBO. You never know what you will get booking a private residence on-line, but have no fear, this unit is exactly as advertised. You will need to bring you own toiletries (shampoo, soap, etc), but right next door is a Duane Reade pharmacy/store, which you can pick up things which you might need, including food/snacks, etc. The location is very convenient to everything. A subway station is a short 3-5 minute walk, and Rockefeller Center is outside your front door. The TODAY Show is within a 2 minute walk, and you can see the show from the buildings 2nd floor residents area!! They had Journey playing in the plaza of the Today Show this morning!! Overall, my experience with the unit was great. Next time I come to Manhattan, I will stay here again if it's available. My 14 year old son and I had a great summer vacation!! I would definitely recommend this place.

This was a great apartment, and I would highly recommend it to anyone else. It was beautifully decorated inside, and the view outside is fantastic. It's in a great location -- walking distance to Rockefeller Center, Times Square, Central Park, great shopping & food. If we travel back to NY, I would love to stay there again!

Then, we found the apartment to be beautiful, immaculate, stocked with every amenity, and extraordinarily convenient. Well done. This will be our first choice EVERY time we come to Manhattan.

This is the first time I had ever rented a condo for my vacation accommodations so I was a bit apprehensive. But, after dealing with Robert, Marilyn and Chris they put all of my hesitations to rest. They answered all of my questions and I never felt like I was bothering them despite bombarding them with questions. The condo reflected my experience of dealing with the Blodgett family; pure class and professionalism. The pictures and descriptions do not do the property justice. It is beautiful condo in the absolute perfect location in the City. I stayed there with my wife and my in-laws and we had plenty of room for the four us. We were there to support my wife running in the NYC Marathon and she thoroughly enjoyed soaking in the big tub after the race and then falling asleep to a stunning view of the Empire State Building directly out of our window. The Blodgett's were there and accessible to help every step of the way and I will absolutely stay here again the next time I travel to NYC.

The location was central to shopping, eating, and getting cabs easily. robert and Marilyn were so helpful and everything was convenient at the condo. Furniture was comfortable to watch tv or eat a light nigth snack. The mattress on the king size bed was very comfortable and the views were so nice. We will stay again and will tell our friends that are traveling to nyc about the condo. thank you much!

Two friends and I just returned from a 4 night say at this wonderful apartment located in the heart of midtown Manhattan. There was plenty of room for us. Great coffee at a deli just down the street to start your day. This apartment has spectauclar views of the Empire State, Rockefeller Center and more. It is immaculate, beautifully appointed and a wonderful location close to all subways. It's a short walk to restaurants, shops and sightseeing. The hosts are gracious and accommodating. Would highly recommend instead of a hotel for your next visit to NY. We can't wait to go back.

The minute we opened the door to this apartment we knew we were in for a treat! We arrived late at night and the first thing you see is the incredible view...you can lie in bed and look straight at the Empire State Building. My daughters and I just sat and looked out at the city; no need for the TV. Every detail of the space is elegant and functional, and of exceptional quality. The wine glasses were spotless, the picture of the bathroom does not even do justice to how clean and spacious it is, the bed and duvet a dream after long days of walking in the city! Robert and Marilyn checked on us to make sure everything was right....no chance we wouldn't be in that great place. We would never stay anywhere else after finding this spot; it is close to ANYTHING you would want to do in the city. Thanks so much for your hospitality!! Leslie, Chelsea and Paige

We spent Thanksgiving with our 3 young children in this wonderful condo. We arrived to a very clean and updated condo. It looked brand new. Furnishings were very nice and comfortable. It was quiet and much better than staying in a hotel with the masses. The view of the Empire State Bldg. was amazing! The doorman was helpful with our bags and directions. The owner was so nice and called to make sure we had directions and everything we needed for our stay. The condo is literally steps from the Today Show and the Ice Rink at Rockefeller Center! We walked to the Macy's Parade, Time Square, Central Park, Radio City Music Hall and more! Perfect location!!! We loved it and are reccommending to other family and friends. We would love to stay again for our next NYC trip.

This was my first experience with VRBO. For those who may be skeptical about this property, fear not! Marilyn and Robert have a beautiful home located in the heart of NYC and were incredibly accommodating hosts. Though the pictures are current, they don't do it justice. The building is practically new and the condo far exceeded my expectations. I have been traveling to NYC for 20 years. I've stayed at the Palace, the Plaza, the Marquis, and many other fine hotels in the city. The location, privacy and space of this property made this trip so enjoyable. I look forward to staying there on future trips to the city. In case you need a frame of reference of the location, when you watch the TODAY Show, occasionally you will see a Duane Reade in the background. The condo is next door. We watched the TODAY Show from the Owners Lounge on the 2nd Floor each morning. Thank you again Robert and Marilyn. You guys are terrific!! Steve J.

This is not a fake! Literally a minutes walk from 5th Ave and Time Square, there is very little to fault with this lovely apartment. The bedroom has views of NY skyline with the Empire State Building right in the middle! The rooms are well furnished - spacious for 2. Internet and washer/dryer were invaluable. Most importantly, the host Robert and Marilyn were great assisting us in all our needs.

This condo is literally in the center of Manhattan. The perfect location for first time visitors to NYC. You are walking distance to 90% of all tourist sites. If your feet get tired, less than one block away is a major subway station (which can be accessed from inside Rockefeller Center). From that subway line you have access to most of Manhattan and one connection away from the rest of NYC including the other boroughs. If the subway system seems a bit overwhelming, half a block east or west are major avenues that have an endless sea of taxis passing by any time day or night. The condo is in a very nice, upscale, and quiet building. The unit has a wonderful view of the Empire State Building, a huge bathroom, and very attractive and comfortable furnishings. The kitchen is compact and functional. There is a washer/dryer in the unit and a larger laundry facility on the 2nd floor for bigger loads if necessary. The unit was very clean and well maintained. From the second floor lounge you could see the the Today Show and their Friday concerts in the Rockefeller Plaza. The lounge is a very quiet and relxing place to read or watch TV and has a separate smoking room also with a TV. When you walk out the front door of the building, Rockefeller Plaza is right in front of you. There is a big Nintendo store a the foot of the plaza which is a fun place to kill some time with the kids. Every upscale store in the country has a store on Park Avenue which is just 2 blocks to the east. The owners were very nice and very willing to help make your stay comfortable. As you would expect in NYC, anything you could possibly need is within a 3 or 4 block radius. I would recommend this condo to anybody going to NYC and wanting to be near all the popular tourist sites. We have been to NYC several times and this is THE BEST place we have stayed in so far. We can't wait to go back, again. K.J.B.
