I'm ROBIN'S CONDO at Kihei Alii Kai. I'm on the 3rd floor so you're going to love my ocean view! You can walk right across the street to any of our 3 white-sand Kamaole beaches. The sunsets are spectacular! I am also close to all the things you need: surf/snorkle/scuba rentals, restaurants, bars, convenience stores, health food store, ice cream/shave ice shops, Pizza Hut, Maui Tacos, clothing & souvenir shops and lots of new stores popping up all the time!

I am very bright and cheery! I have beautiful clean tile floors throughout! Oh...except for my nice soft carpet in my bedroom. I have a CALIFORNIA KING BED! You know what that means...lots of comfy space to enjoy a great night's sleep or to just kick back and watch TV. My mirrored closets are spacious and upgraded so it's easy to organize your belongings and feel at home.

My bathroom has new fixtures, a detachable shower head, and support bars in the shower to steady yourself if you've had one too many! Heh! heh! Speaking of making Mai Tai's, you're going to enjoy my huge tiled counter in my upgraded kitchen and my "big enough for your okole (rear end)" bar stools! I have everything you need for preparing your meals and entertaining. I have a new refrigerator, stove, and microwave. But if you have the craving for grilled shrimp or Mahi Mahi, just hop on down to the BBQ grills at poolside! You can even jump into the hot tub while you're grilling!

So, back to me! My living area is very relaxing. I have a comfy sofa that folds out into a queen bed if you need it. I have a cozy chair with foot stool and a new recliner, too! I just got a new air conditioner, although my 3 fans keep me pretty cool. You can open my sliding glass doors letting in fragrant tropical breezes, or kick back on my spacious lanai (patio). I have lots of island CD's and a new 5-disk audio system w/universal dock for your iPod. I am equipped with beach towels, sand chairs, boogie boards, sand toys, and even a yoga mat! And...I have dimmer lights throughout to create a romantic mood. Watch the moon rise over Haleakala with a glass of wine and the scent of plumeria wafting in the gentle evening breeze... Ahhh...another wonderful day in Maui.

  • We loved your condo. It had everything we needed and more. It was so convenient to the places we wanted to see and visit. We were on Maui to attend a wedding but definitely won't wait for an excuse next time. We shall return. Incidentally loved the sushi at Sansei and we managed to help the economy of Maui when we attended the Saturday Swap meet in Kalahui. The values were incredible. Had to buy an extra suitcase to bring back our loot.

  • Your condo was perfect. It is obvious that you put a lot of time, energy and love into your home. It was clean, very well equipped and beautifully furnished. The area was quiet and everything we needed was within walking distance. We saw many breeching whales from the lanai. Kam I beach was our favorite and the least populated of the three. It's nice that the condo is just a short ways off of the main road but only 1/2 block from the beach. It was the most relaxing two weeks I think I have ever had. Thank you so much for sharing your home with us and for the special arrival gift! I highly recommend Robin's condo for anyone searching for a great place to stay on Maui.

  • Thanks Robin for sharing your beautiful condo. It had everything we needed to be comfortable and feel at home. My husband especially appreciated the great grilling utensils! We also appreciated how clean the condo was. The location is great, we didn't rent a car this trip and survived fine on foot and rode the city bus. We hauled our groceries in backpacks! We saw many whales, on a whale watch boat and from the beach. The sunsets were the best, the beach was also perfect. We snorkled and played in the ocean waves. I previously had Leisure properties as my condo managers but decided it was time to use VRBO and do this myself! This is more cost effective for both my guests and me, and I am happy to work with you on a fair price, whereas property managers have to ask for more. I hope to have you as guests!   • Lynn and I have stayed at the Kihei Alii Kai several times over the last ten years in several different condos in the complex. Robin’s condo is nicely updated and fresh. It is very well appointed and comfortable - everything you need is there to make yourselves at home. And it has a wonderful sunset view from the big lanai! We were there for two weeks and had a very relaxing vacation. The complex is not a resort and was built in the 70's but is very well maintained and managed. Restaurants and shopping are within walking distance as well as wonderful beaches for swimming, snorkeling and surfing. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend the Alii Kai and Robin’s condo specifically to anyone looking for an amazing value for accommodations on Maui.
