My wife and I enjoyed our stay in Maui immensely. A large part of this were the wonderful accommodations at Robin's condo. It was extremely clean and comfortable with the A/C and ceiling fans to keep us cool. Everything was as listed and the owners instructions were crystal clear for directions and access. We look forward to another visit to this condo and would highly recommend it to anyone.

Recommended for: Age 55+, romantic getaway.

My husband and I just returned from a 5 night stay in Robin's condo. Just as described - close to amenities and comfortable interior. Particularly appreciated the serenity of this unit - great sleeps and quiet area. The greenbelt next to it makes it particularly beautiful. Great communication with owner before and during our stay. Would definitely come back.

Recommended for: Tourists without a car, romantic getaway, sightseeing.

Robin's condo is a home away from home, we felt so comfortable here. The location is great, far enough removed from the busy street, great view, big lanai, close to Kamaole I Beach which we loved. The kitchen had everything we needed; we cooked most of our meals, and the bbq by the pool was great to have. The condo was spotless and stayed cool without needing the air conditioning. It was great to have the wireless internet available to us as well. The whole complex was very clean, the other guests were considerate and those that lived there full time were very friendly to us. We had a great time and would love to stay here again. Mahalo Robin.

Robin's condo made our holiday a huge success.( Robin made the booking easy, without a hitch.) It was perfectly located for easy access to some of the best beaches in Maui. There are a variety of restaurants within walking distance. It was easy to find the condo and get the parking tag. Once inside Robin's condo, we found everything we needed and then some. The place was well appointed and organized. With the key hooks, never did we misplace either set of keys. It took only a matter of minutes to hook up our I Pad and computer, so connecting with our loved ones back home was delightful. Costco, Safeways and Long's Drugs offered most of the things we required for our stay. With the full kitchen we were able to put together many of our own meals. The BBQ by the pool was top notch. Getting to the condo was easy. Just follow Robin's map. We got use to taking the stairs, so as to burn off a few extra calories. The bathroom scale helped us keep our weight gain in check also. A hard thing to do while on hollidays. We walked the beaches each morning and went on an outing each day, such as golf at four wonderful courses, horseback riding to the top of the mountain and back down to the ocean after enjoying a western BBQ, rafting excursion to the southern shores of Maui, seeing turtles, dolphins and whales along the way (Blue water rafting with captain Brad...request him!) shopping in old Lahaina town, eating great fish at the Fish Market in Paia and watching the surfers a short way from there, getting caught up in a real live cattle drive in Up Country on the way to the winery, shopping at the Ross store in Kahalui, browsing at the flee market in Wailuku, to mention a few. Robin's condo has all the beach gear you could ask for. The cooler and ice packs were used every day. The pool and hot tub are great. What else could one ask for??? More days to spend in Maui at Robin's condo. We highly recommend the place. The view is wonderful The lanai is huge, as is the kitchen counter space. The bed is a King size. The location is very quiet. There is no traffic past your front door. The trade winds blow through the condo when the patio door and screen door are open, so only used the airconditioning twice in 12 days. The fans work well. The only down side is that there is a flight of stairs to reach the elevator. So it would not be good for anyone with a wheelchair. There are also 12 additional stairs onthe 3rd floor. All good exercise. Thanks Robin!! #one

A bit late in posting this review, stayed at Robin's condo in September and had a great time! It was our third trip to Kihei but we finally managed to drive the road to Hana. Found a "Road to Hana" CD in the basket of CD's near the stereo which was fun to listen to along the way. Took the long way back which I would not recommend, made for a LONG day. The red sand beach was the highlight of the day.. ask for directions and be careful climbing down the trail! The condo is very clean with lots of thoughtful extras and detailed maps of local shops and restaurants. Our faves included Maui Tacos, Tiki Hut, Cafe LaPlage, Moose McGillicuddy's, Fred's Mexican and Cafe Ole. For snorkeling, a must visit spot is "the dumps" south of Wailea (ask a dive shop for directions) or mile marker 14 south of Lahaina. Can't wait to come back this spring! Loved your condo. It has everything we needed to make our stay wonderful. Spent our happy hour on your beaitiful lanai with the great view. Our daughter and husbandcame and slept on your bed chesterfied . Said it was very comfortable. The condo is within walking distance to restaurants,grocerystores,and beaches.We cant wait to come back next year.I would recommend Robins condo to all our friends. P.S. Went to the best fleemarket on Sat mornings by the airport. Aloha for now

Robin, Aloha from Nova Scotia. Just dropping a note to say we loved Maui and that the Condo was everything your add made it out to be. The location was perfect. Just a 2 minute walk to Kamaole 1 beach which in my opinion is the best of the 3 Kamaole beaches. There were many shops and places to eat all within a couple of minutes walk also.You were very helpful throughout the booking process and we will definitely be back again someday......so don't sell. : )

Recommended for: Romantic getaway, sightseeing.

Robin, Thank-you for sharing your condo with us. Very clean, all the amenities were there. The huge lanai was perfect for us. We spent most of our evenings there, wonderful! The 2 weeks we spent on Maui went way too fast and want to come back! This is the 5 year in a row we have come to Maui and this is the best condo we have stayed at. We have stayed at the Maui Banyan and Kihei Akahi, in this area and prefer Robin's condo at the Kihei Alii Kai by far! Perfect location in Kihei, close to everything we needed, whether it was to walk up to Foodland to pick-up dinner for the evening or pick-up those last minute souvenirs. Fred's was a great place to go for breakfast and so close by. The washer and dryer were very handy so we could keep up on the laundry and have fresh towels for the beach! I have recommended this condo to others that I know are planning a trip and will consider this condo again myself next time too! Can't wait to come back, just can't get enough of the Hawaiian Islands. Mahalo

Our first time, definately not the last!

This was our first time travelling to Hawaii and the occasion was for our wedding anniversary. From the getgo we were impressed with Robin's great communication and in-depth information provided to us throughout the whole process. By far it is one of our best vacations and experiences ever. Robin's condo was fant-tabu-lous!!!! Everything was just like being at home and with a few extras and luxuries one wouldn't expect. The condo is in a great location; across the street to one of Maui's best beaches and central to many other places you need to get to by car (Lahaina, Road to Hana, etc.). We are most definately booking Robin's condo for our next Maui vacation as it was indeed a highlight of our trip.

We loved your condo. It had everything we needed and more. It was so convenient to the places we wanted to see and visit. We were on Maui to attend a wedding but definitely won't wait for an excuse next time. We shall return. Incidentally loved the sushi at Sansei and we managed to help the economy of Maui when we attended the Saturday Swap meet in Kalahui. The values were incredible. Had to buy an extra suitcase to bring back our loot.

Your condo was perfect. It is obvious that you put a lot of time, energy and love into your home. It was clean, very well equipped and beautifully furnished. The area was quiet and everything we needed was within walking distance. We saw many breeching whales from the lanai. Kam I beach was our favorite and the least populated of the three. It's nice that the condo is just a short ways off of the main road but only 1/2 block from the beach. It was the most relaxing two weeks I think I have ever had. Thank you so much for sharing your home with us and for the special arrival gift! I highly recommend Robin's condo for anyone searching for a great place to stay on Maui.

Thanks Robin for sharing your beautiful condo. It had everything we needed to be comfortable and feel at home. My husband especially appreciated the great grilling utensils! We also appreciated how clean the condo was. The location is great, we didn't rent a car this trip and survived fine on foot and rode the city bus. We hauled our groceries in backpacks! We saw many whales, on a whale watch boat and from the beach. The sunsets were the best, the beach was also perfect. We snorkled and played in the ocean waves. Lynn and I have stayed at the Kihei Alii Kai several times over the last ten years in several different condos in the complex. Robin’s condo is nicely updated and fresh. It is very well appointed and comfortable - everything you need is there to make yourselves at home. And it has a wonderful sunset view from the big lanai! We were there for two weeks and had a very relaxing vacation. The complex is not a resort and was built in the 70's but is very well maintained and managed. Restaurants and shopping are within walking distance as well as wonderful beaches for swimming, snorkeling and surfing. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend the Alii Kai and Robin’s condo specifically to anyone looking for an amazing value for accommodations on Maui.

This place is absolutely beautiful! We couldn't have asked for a better place to stay. We visited the Lavender Farms and Ulapalakua (Tedeshi) Winery - loved the sweet pineapple wine, yum! We relaxed on the lanai in the morning- what a great view! We danced hula for the wedding and it was a big hit! Thank you Robin for sharing your hale with us. We thoroughly enjoyed ourselves. Thank you once again, Robin, for the use of your condo. We were here 4 years ago for our 25th anniversary and this time we brought our daughters to celebrate both their graduations from college. Creating family memories is priceless and this was the perfect place to make them. We did a lot but also rested on the lanai. The girls enjoyed laying on the bed and watching cable- a luxury for them! I was reminded once again that God is my favorite artist & the island is one of his masterpieces. God bless you!

Back for another anniversary celebration! Great sunsets at the condo. Dale loves to cook so we're enjoying the kitchen and spacious counters. Aloha Robin, A home away from home! With an ocean view few other Alii Kai condos can experience! We like your Kihei home- so clean! Edith and I enjoyed our stay at your place watching ocean life with whales frolicking in the water. The pool, hot tub, and surrounding area is clean and well-maintained. Now, unfortunately, it is back to the cold, crisp Canadian climate in Winnipeg, but spring and summer are coming! Mahalo!

We had a great time in Maui and very much enjoyed the accommodations! Our family saw lots of whales and even 3 dolphins on our whale watching tour. We loved the road to Hana especially the black sand beach and lava tubes. We all took surfing lessons - it was a lot of work but even more fun. Thanks so much for having such a great place- we all enjoyed playing your checkers and chess games!

We had a great time in Maui. What a beautiful island! We were happily married on Maluaka Beach in Makena. The condo was fantastic and we enjoyed all the comforts of home...well done, Robin! We are very sad to leave as we could easily make Maui our home and leave the cold Canadian winters behind once and for all. We hope to be back soon. Mahalo and best regards.

Robin, Your condo is very nicely decorated and the tile is an excellent idea for keeping it clean and modern. We were originally in another unit which had a few appliance failures so we moved to your unit and were very happy we did. First visited Maui in 1987 - have returned nearly every other year since '91. This unit is especially nice with the updates and well-equipped kitchen. Also like the arrangement of bedroom furniture- doubles the room size visually. And, king size bed is very comfortable (Dale is 6'3- so the large bed is appreciated!) Great night's sleep every night! Dale grilled steaks for our anniversary last night and we had a wonderful dinner and champagne on the lanai! Thanks so much for sharing your lovely home. Aloha & Mahalo!

Robin, What a lovely unit! We thoroughly enjoyed staying here. What a lovely treat to have a king size bed and comfortable mattresses! Even the kids said the pull- out bed mattress was the most comfortable they have slept on! We will definitely request your unit again. Hi Robin, Your condo is beautiful. We love the pictures and floral arrangements. Maui is so special... great beaches! Great places to go..."Life's a Beach"... sit outside pub, your feet in the sand, and have a $1 MaiTai. Maui Coast Inn past ABC Store for great entertainment nightly by the pool. We had a great time!

As everyone has said, this "home away from home" is beautiful, comfortable, and thoughtfully appointed. The only bad thing is it's harder to leave and go places! I do appreciate the range of CDs, and my faves were the classic Hawaiian ones I listened (& secretly hula'd) to - especially Willi K., Keola Beamer, and Keali`i Reichel. The view is wonderful and provides up-to-the- minute weather reports for the beach, the West Maui Mts., and of course, Haleakala. I drove up there through the clouds to emerge in brilliant sunshine at the summit. Thanks, Robin! Enjoy, all.

We had been booked in another condo in the complex, but because of the construction going on above us, they moved us to your unit. It was the best thing that could ever have happened! So tastefully decorated and wonderfully outfitted! Wonderful vacation...

We definitely landed ourselves a great condo. We were married on the 24th on the grassy knoll in Wailea. What a perfect day. Friends and family joined us and your condo was envied by many! The upkeep was nice. Thank you for opening your home to us- it was a beautiful place to stay on our honeymoon. When we come back to Maui we'd love to stay here again.

What a great place you have here. We felt comfortable and "at home." This is our first time to Maui and we loved all we saw and did. We love the proximity to the beaches and your central location in Kihei. Thanks for your hospitality!
