Gorgeous, Awesome Gulf View in Beautiful Gulf Shores

  We have vacationed in the Gulf Shores area over 20 times and have stayed in different condos each time. This was our absolute FAVORITE! We were skeptical when we booked this condo that was across the street from the beach. Because of dates that were midweek and a stay of less than a week, we were just happy to find a condo. To be honest, we thought we settled for this unit. How wrong we were! The overall floor plan was perfect for a family, especially with small children. There was a bathroom and a closet between the bedrooms and living area. For us, that meant we could live life as usual and without disturbing people who were sleeping. Also, the bedrooms (with comfortable beds) faced north so we did not have the morning sun blasting us out of bed each morning. In addition, each bedroom had a large master bath with tile and granite. The walk across the street was never a problem. The street was constantly monitored by local police and we never felt anyone was speeding by us unaware that we were walking (a very short distance) on the side of the road. We have actually stayed in gulf front condos that had a longer walk to the water. We were close enough to watch dolphins from the balcony. Our absolute favorite part was the balcony and the view. Because we were further back from the water, the view was breathtaking and we got to see it a lot since windows line the entire length of the unit. Regardless of whether you were in the kitchen or the living room, you had a panoramic view of the gulf. The balcony was deep enough for a table and long enough to still have chairs on the other end. The kids would sit on the balcony and play without us ever taking our eyes off of them from inside. The building was in a good location. It was far enough down the beach to get away from heavy traffic. Also, we thought the sixth floor was the perfect height - not so high that we felt dizzy, but high enough to have an unobstructed view of the water. The houses in front of us were not a distraction at all. The pool did not have a deep end so we never worried about the kids not being able to touch. Although the pool could get crowded, we always found a chair. Once we left the noise of the pool we could not hear it on our balcony. We hesitated to give such a good review for fear that we won’t get our reservation each summer. No worries for 2013, since we did something that we have NEVER done…rolled our deposit over to reserve our week next summer as we drove out of town.

• The Perfect Getaway!

  My wife and I enjoyed a teriffic weekend getaway in this beautiful condo. We arrived late on Friday night (dark) and pretty much went straight to sleep - when we awoke Sat morning and walked out into the hallway our breath was taken away at the awesome sight of the ocean through the glass wall. Everything about this condo was PERFECT! We look forward to a return visit...the pictures of the beach view just do not do it justice. Very convienient to all the activities offered in Gulf Shores/Orange Beach areas. Thank you for allowing us the opportunity to rent this condo!

  My husband and i stayed here the weekend before Thanksgiving for a much needed break. it was a beautiful condo with a beautiful view. The photos do not do the property justice. The condo is clean and well maintained. The owners are wonderful! i would recommend this property to any one and will probably stay there again. I definitely recommend Crico's Pizza excellent!! Cosmo's has a variety of food as well as live music on Sunday evenings. Nolan's great for a special evening out. Lambert's has lots of food at reasonable prices, plus home of the thrown roll!!.

  This condo was exactly what we wanted. We stayed 2 nights and wished we had more. The location is perfect for families! The condo was furnished with everything we needed, and made us feel right at home. The owners were extremely nice and we can't wait to stay there again!

A $10.00 parking pass must be purchased on site.

$200.00 deposit required to hold reservation. The deposit will be returned after checkout if there are no damages to the unit. Full payment, to include cleaning fee of $100.00, due two to three weeks prior to arrival.
