Welcome, you've made it to the right spot as our condo is tastefully decorated, competitively priced and by working with us directly, we will truly take care of you from the moment you first inquire to that sad day when its time for you and your family to check out and go home.
You've probably heard about Ariel Dunes. It is the largest towers in the vicinity and offers some of the greatest views, largest pools, and finest amenities in Destin today.
Our home was furnished with the intent to provide a luxurious stay for families without them having to pay outlandish prices.
Let's start off with the kitchen:
The kitchen has been upgraded to the GE Profile Stainless Steel major appliance line and we also took the time to fully furnish it with all the utensils, knives, bowls, and pots n' pans that you might need while you are there. There is a toaster, coffee maker and can opener there as well.
The dining room offers plenty of seating for six and there is additional seating at the bar for three and overhead, the chandelier, has been upgraded to match the decor of the condo.
Our living room can entertain plenty as it offers a large sleeper sofa couch and two chairs with ottomans. The wall unit has a 38 inch television and a DVD player for those who would like to take in a movie. We also offer free, wireless Internet service.
The Master Bedroom hosts a King Size very comfortable bed with 400 thread count sheets, top of the line comforters and linens. The dresser also hosts an LCD TV/DVD if you wish to flip through the channels.
The spacious master bathroom has a double vanity sink, separate shower, and soaking tub.
Our Guest Bedroom hosts a Queen Size mattress and it has the same level of linens and comforter as well as a large dresser with an LCD/DVD player on top.
The little ones Bunk Room has always been popular and it also has a TV/DVD combo.
The Balcony hosts plenty of outdoor seating. Starting with a round tabletop and four chairs and a separate Settee, your guests will be plenty comfortable sipping a refreshment and overseeing some of the grandest views in the world. Simply stated, there is a difference between a condo on the 10th and below to one that is on the 21st! Believe me, we guarantee it!
When you enter off of Scenic Gulf Drive and proceed through the security gate, you will instantly know that you have chosen the perfect vacation destination! While pulling up in to the building's drive-thru entry court and main floor lobby, you will immediately admire the expansive pools and fountains (some of the largest in Destin) which total in excess of 11,000 square feet, as well as the large adjacent deck areas and extensive landscaping. As an added benefit, the pools include a heated section as well as complimentary lounge chairs, and pool side cabanas.
One of the newest amenities added to Ariel Dunes I is the on-site bar and restaurant called the Cabana Cafe. They offer a breakfast, lunch, dinner and everything from a grilled cheese sandwich to a prime rib dinner or pizza buffet. You can dine in or have it delivered to your condo or poolside. You can also enjoy the free use of the on-site fitness facility, just completed in the summer of 2009.

- Gas/Electric BBQ Grill (4): Gas/Electric BBQ Grill: Common area grilling pavilion with large commercial gas grills in the courtyard just below our unit and right outside our elevator. With our condo being located 1 door down from the elevator, these grills are literally only steps away for your convenient BBQing pleasure. I've personally grilled steaks on them and it was very convenient to use and take back up to the condo for perfect family lunch or dinner.

Winter: (October 29 - March 2).....$700/week or $1,300/month
Spring Break: (March 3-April 13)..$1,400/week = $1,672.50 including tax & cleaning
Spring: (April 14-May 25)..........$900/week = $1,115 including tax & cleaning
Summer: (May 26 - Aug. 10)........$1,495/week - $1,778.43 including tax & cleaning
Late Summer: (Aug. 11-Sept. 7)......$900/week = $1,115 including tax & cleaning
Add $200 for July 4 week; Plus 11.5% tax & $125 cleaning fee; Credit Cards-3% fee
Security Deposit .. $200; Weekly rentals: Check-in Sat 3pm/Check-out Sat 10am
Deposit due by credit card at time of booking, balance due 30 days prior to arriva

Fun again at Seascape!

As has been the case on other trips to Seascape, the room was as advertised, clean and with a great view of the gulf. All questions were answered by the owner and we had an easy time of getting in and out of our room. I would recommend this property to our friends and family and will be returning next summer with our entire family (14). The one surprising thing about the visit was that it was apparent that the news has misinformed the public by leaving people with the impression that the gulf shores are somehow marred by the oil spill. It is not true, the beaches were beautiful and without any evidence of the oil spill. Also, the golf course was a joy to play.
Recommended for:Age 55+, families with young children, families with teenagers.

Great view, thank you for suggesting we switch from your other property as the view was important to us. You are very efficient and I appreciate that. Please put a couple of dishtowels in the kitchen basket, that is the only addition you need to make. We would definitely rent from you again.

The condo was beautifully decorated & we would rent again if we return to Destin. The buildings and the grounds are well taken care of. The condo is decorated beautifully & the ocean view (everchanging color of green and blue) is beautiful! The quality of the bedding & bath towels did not go unnoticed!! Thank you for letting us use your home. I so enjoyed eating with my family on the balcony...it was also my favorite spot to read a good book and watch the waves!

GREAT fun for the entire family! Most spectacular view from a huge balcony, the finest amenities, beautifully decorated, gorgeous beach areas, and you can shop at the world famous outlet right around the corner. What more could one need. This is a must visit and I’m planning my next trip now!
