  Rating Details: I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. I was very happy with the location. The vacation rental was spotless. The property manager was very helpful. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We had a wonderful time in Seattle and the house only added to it! We are group of 7 friends who rented the house for 5 days, 4 nights. There is a lot to do around the property, the bus route is close to get downtown, and we loved the convenience of having a hot tub on the deck! The house has plenty of room and we had no complications with anything. Sea to Sky rentals was very easy to work with and we would work with them again in a heartbeat! Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We had a great time at this house, a family of 4 (two kids ages 2 and 4). Spacious, convenient location, comfortable. The only thing that I would change to this house is to add better curtains in the bedrooms. During summertime Seattle is very bright, very early until very late.

  Rating Details: I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. I was very happy with the location. The vacation rental was very clean. The property manager was more than helpful. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Generally positive. Comfortable house, nice garden, hot tub. Nice neighborhood convenient to bus, groceries and places to eat. Needs more hangers, in closets and in bathrooms for wet towels; maybe some hampers? Don't leave tip envelopes when you charge for cleaning and expect guests to sort/take out trash (I know recycling is big in Seattle).

The property manager was very helpful. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We had a wonderful week long stay in Seattle! We had 6 adults and 2 children, and this house totally met our needs. Loved the hot tub and the location was great for walking, shopping, etc. the only concern we had was that half of the stairs were open on one side with no railing; Scary with a one year old. The furnace burned out while we were there, but the managing company came out right away with space heaters that did the trick. We'd love to stay there again!

  Rating Details: I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. I was very happy with the location. The vacation rental was very clean. The property manager was very helpful. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The Phinney Spa house was perfect for our group of 8. We stayed for 6 nights and had plenty of room for everyone. With 3 bedroom upstairs and the living areas on the main level, it gave us all plenty of room to spread out. Having the outdoor space was bonus and the hot tub was a big hit even in March. We especially enjoyed the nice quite neighborhood with plenty of parking. It felt like being at home. The local restaurants and stores were a plus and it was nice being only a few minutes away from the market, space needle and downtown attractions. We really enjoyed our stay and would recommend to larger families.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Eight of us stayed at the Phinney Spa home for a week over Christmas. The house was perfect for a family Christmas! We bought a delicious rib roast from Ken's Market, right around the corner, which he cooked to our specifications. There was plenty of cookware, tableware and seating in the house to prepare the remainder of a Chrismas dinner for 12 people. (Our Seattle family members liked the house so much, we decided to have dinner there!) This is a great place for holidays or a family reunion. Santa Claus even paid us a visit!

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We shared the Phinney Spa home with my in-laws and our two teen children. The space was lovely for this purpose. We had lots of room to relax, a lovely kitchen to cook in, a hot tub to soak in and some interesting things to walk to in the neighborhood. My husband's whole family gathered for dinner one night and there were enough dishes for all. We look forward to renting this place again sometime.
