At the end of your busy day, your family and friends will have all the comforts of home. So relax in front of the fire (or build your own in the pit outside), BBQ on the grill, choose a movie from the video library, challenge someone at ping-pong, or take in the sunset and beautiful view from the deck with a glass of wine and some great laughs.

Siesta Lodge is located in Machias, New York (on Lime Lake). We're an hour south of Buffalo, NY and just a short 15 minute scenic drive to Ellicottville, NY (Holiday Valley - Aspen of the East), 40 minutes to Allegany State Park, and 40 minutes to the Salamanca Casino, less than an hour to Letchworth State Park, and an hour 1/2 to Niagara Falls.

  • September 4-7 2009 we stayed with our grandchildren (ages 6, 7, 9 and 11) and their parents. Our 3 generations found it was comfortable, spacious and private. The bedroom configuration was perfect sleeping arrangements for the families. The kitchen was fully stocked with plenty of dishes and pots & pans to use when making our meals. Fishing from John and Amy’s dock proved to a memorable first for our grandchildren. We lost count the number of fish they caught. Days ended with s’mores around the campfire. We would highly recommend Siesta Lodge.

  • We stayed at the Siesta Lodge from July 24-July 27, 2009. We had an absolutely wonderful time. The lodge is in a great location to get to the lake, and it has a spectacular view from the deck. You could not ask for better accommodations, and the hospitality was excellent. The lodge was beautiful and luxurious . I highly recommend this lodge to any renter. The best I have ever stayed in!
