Come and enjoy the beautiful sunsets at this amazing resort on the bayside. Walk three blocks to the ocean. This 5 Bedroom/Den, 4-1/2 bath townhouse has a lovely bay view from the front porches and bedrooms. The family room, large gourmet kitchen/dining room and Florida room extension allow for plenty of family and friends to visit.
The kitchen is fully stocked and ready to accommodate the hungriest crowd. A TV with cable stations is set up in each bedroom, along with VCR/DVD players. If your business/work details couldn't stay behind, or your simply have some social contacts to tend to, high speed internet is set up at the kitchen desk.
Just a block away is the clubhouse/exercise facility. Walk, jog, or bikeride around the island nature trail or stop and play in the interactive water fountain near the neighborhood pond. Play a little volleyball in the outdoor pool or take a relaxing raft float in the bay. Kayaking is ever popular from any of the three island beaches.
Test your waterman skills by crabbing and fishing off the community dock. Specialty coffees, donuts, muffins and grocery can be purchased at the community coffee/ice cream shop. Enjoy the sun and/or sunset while relaxing with frozen drinks and a bite to eat from Sunset Island's very own Island Time Cafe.
Step off the Island and enjoy a day of golf. But if miniature golf is more your game - that is also right up the street (both indoor and outdoor). Two movie theatres are available for those who are ready for a break from the sun. The restaurants are abundant in Ocean City, easily satisfying any appetite.

We love Sunset Island. It is a great place to relax and have fun at the same time. The sunset over the bay is spectacular. The location of Sunset Island within Ocean City is terrific. Park your car in the garage and you don't need to drive further. Restaurants, pools, beaches, shopping, post office, miniature golf, and much more are all within walking distance.
The Unique Benefits at this Townhome
Just look out the front doors and enjoy a bay view. The expanded gourmet kitchen is a great place for a crab feast. Every room hosts a television with cable. The kitchen has computer cable access. Plenty of comfortable bedding offers a great night sleep after a busy day of sun and surf.

Our family is an active group of 6. We are always on the go with sports, jobs, and activities. Two children still in college and two out keeps us plenty busy. Sunset Island provides our family a great location to come together to play and relax. No matter what time of year, we enjoy Ocean City.

We had a great vacation in this rental last summer. The front balcony has a nice water view and is very close to the pool. The owner is very pleasant to work with-very accessible. The house was great with every possible amenity-fully stocked kitchen, portacribs, games, beach cart, crab pots, boogie boards, sand toys etc. Highly recommend. Love Sunset Island!

The house was wonderful and everyone enjoy our stay tremendously. It was clean, spacious, well equipped, and colorful. With so many details given to us by the listing and the owner, it made each of our days enjoyable and easy to plan. There was plenty of room for big gatherings and also room to go and enjoy quiet relaxation.The owner was very pleasant and enjoyable to work with. It was great to share this beach house with our family , it was definitely big enough for our 3 families and the grandparents . Thank you for the use of the house, this was a very memorable vacation for all. I would definitely recommend this property to friends and family.

If you wanted a quiet, relaxing and family oriented vacation, this is the right place for you. The house is adorable, jewel on the beach. It is clean, spacious, well equipped, and colorful. With so many little beach related details, it makes each of your days more and more enjoyable. The owner is more than fair and very pleasant to work with. It is great to share this beach house with family or friends since it is big enough for 2 families. Final word: adorable, memorable vacation
