The sparkling sands and surf of the Gulf of Mexico shine through the windows of this three bedroom, three bath, third floor corner condominium. Located near the stairs and elevator it's is an easy walk to the pool, spa, shared barbeque area or the boardwalk leading down to the beach. A rinse shower is located at the bottom of the stairs.
The master in this condominium, Unit 301, has a king-size bed with a new Tempur-pedic mattress and a remodeled private bath with walk in shower. The front bedroom has a queen bed with a Tempur-pedic mattress and a XL-Twin bunk bed along with a remodeled private bath. The middle bedroom has a queen bed and an XL-twin. The third bathroom is next to the middle bedroom with the door opening to the hall and has been remodeled with a tub/shower combo. The living room has a 14 foot sofa with plenty of sleeping room and there is a cozy TV room with a small futon. Each bedroom has its own flat screen TV with cable and DVD. There is also a large flat screen TV in the living room with a DVD/VCR and a collection of tapes and DVDs. The living room has a stereo with tape deck and CD player. There is WI-FI access in the condo.
The kitchen has all new cabinets and appliances and is fully furnished with everything you need to cook and serve a delicious meal, including pots and pans, cooking utensils, plates, silverware, coffee maker, microwave, blender, toaster and glasses. Clean up is easy with the new dishwasher. There is a bar eating area across from the kitchen sink with four bar stools, in addition to the dining table. You can also enjoy your meals or morning coffee on the porch with the cafe table and chairs.
Suntide II has an ocean front spa, swimming pool, sun deck and barbeque area with grills available for no charge on a first come, first serve basis. A volleyball net is located on the beach directly in front of the complex. A regulation lighted tennis court is located the second floor and rackets and tennis balls are on loan in the office. Coin operated laundries are available for guests.
Suntide II's excellent staff is located on the premises allowing for daily linen exchange and quick response to any maintenance request. In addition, there is on-site check-in and check-out during normal business hours and during extended hours on weekends and holidays.

Why the Owner Chose Suntide II
We love Suntide II. It is not too large and not too small - it is just right! The facilities are great and it is on a beautiful part of the beach. South Padre Island is a delightful place to vacation.
The Unique Benefits at this Condo
Our family keeps growing so we purchased Unit 301 last year, in addition to Unit 103, and remodeled to make it a 3 bedroom/3 bath unit. We also turned the owners closet into an small TV room which the kids love. Now there so much more room to enjoy family time at Padre.

We stayed during Christmas 2011. The accommodations were excellent. Very clean, comfortable and great access to everything on the island. We look forward to coming to enjoy a little better weather than we had and will definately stay here again if at all possible. Thank you for opening your vacation home to us.

we had so much fun!!! even tho we had to say in casue of a front the came in. we had so much fun just being here together as a family.

I recently stayed in this condo and couldn't be more pleased. It had recently been updated and remodeled with LCD tv's in every room. I didn't watch much tv while there because the beach was in such great condition but it was a great night cap to have around. The living space was well organized and extremely clean. The beds were very comfortable. The location was perfect, right on the beach and away from the extremely crowded part of the beach. This was the best vacation in recent memory and I feel that this is due in most part to choosing to stay in this great condo. I would highly recommend to anyone thinking about taking their family or a group of friends on vacation!!!

We had a family vacation here in 9/25/09. It was raining the morning we arrive, but the rest of the week was in the 90's and half sun and clouds. But for my grandchildren it was great! They were able to stay on the beach longer and every day because the sun wasn't constant. This condo is very roomy, clean, and updated.Everything you need is there Great access to the beach and pool which made it so easy with the kids. We ate out only once. My grandchildren 1 & 6 loved the beach. We built sandcastles everyday,went into the water (yes.. it was warm)flew a kite on the beach, and went parasailing, walked the beach,and watched the sunrise. We are planning our next vacation, We all want to go back.

Our family can not say enough about the lovely condo we stayed in. The recently remodeled unit was very nice. The rooms were spacious and well furnished. Our favorite part was the view, plus we enjoyed opening the balcony door and listening to the ocean. The facility had a very nice maintenance man who addressed the minor concerns we had. The pool and hot tub area were clean and pleasant. The location was great. South Padre Island and this unit made a great combination for a wonderful vacation.
