This spacious house was refurbished a few years ago by an experienced interior designer to a very high standard. It is no exaggeration to say that the house offers fabulous accommodation, is fitted out in a luxurious manner and, as holiday accommodation goes, is stunning!
The house is fully air conditioned, there are ceiling fans throughout, floors are a combination of wood and quality carpet and to say it is totally equipped would be an understatement!
The property sleeps 10 people and to date it is entirely fair to say that no one who has stayed in the house (and there have been many of those over the past few years) have been anything but impressed and very happy with it. The furniture is very good quality as may be seen from the photographs provided. The owners have gone to great lengths to create what they refer to as their “Florida Home” and as will be seen this includes a games room with good sized pool table, air hockey and dart board.
There is a large oversized deck with sizeable swimming pool as well as a spa which is perfect for relaxing and chilling. The rear of the house is south facing, extremely private and overlooks the 18th fairway of Highlands Reserve Golf Course to the woods beyond.
The house is located on the exclusive golfing community of Highlands Reserve and the Pro-shop is a few minutes’ walk (or two minutes in the car). All the parks, Disney, Sea World and Universal are a short distance away. There is a marvellous choice of Golf Courses, various water parks and attractions within easy reach. Situated a few minutes from Highway 27 and only a short distance from Interstate 4 the house could not be better placed. Highlands Reserve also offers a communal pool, children’s play area and a great tennis court. Highlands Reserve itself is a very attractive community and excellent to walk or cycle around, is very safe for children and situated close to Berry Town Centre which has a large Publix (which the owners use regularly). A variety of super markets, restaurants and shops are within easy reach and this includes the fantastic Mall of Millennia and the Florida Mall as well as numerous outlets, one of the nicest being Premier Outlet Mall. Both Chinese and Indian restaurants are within walking distance as is the well known Applebees diner and a bank. The airport, Orlando International, is 30 to 45 minutes away. It should also be noted that cinema’s are within easy reach as is Planet Hollywood (downtown Disney) and the Hard Rock Cafe (Universal Studios). Do remember that at Universal Studios the Harry Potter attraction can now be found along with a wide range of thrilling rides (and wider entertainment).
The property is cared for by a well known managing agent whose company are always available to deal with any problems which may arise.
The gulf coast and Atlantic beaches are barely an hours’ drive away as is the Kennedy Space Centre and the new outside Mall known as Posner Park.
