Our spacious house has recently been fully refurbished by a top interior designer to very high standards. It is fully air-conned, ceiling fans throughout, wooden floors as well as carpets and is totally equipped to use as a home. Sleeps 10 and offers fabulous accommodation!
The house and grounds have a large oversized deck with pool, Lanai and spa, perfect for relaxing and chilling, south facing and private. The pool overlooks the 18th fairway.
Located on the exclusive golfing community of Highlands Reserve, it is in a perfect position to visit all the major parks being a mere 12 mins from Disney, golf courses and much more! Conveniently on highway 27 and only minutes from I-4. There is an on site communal pool, play area and tennis court.
Next to Highland Reserve is Berry town centre with large Publix and
a variety of restaurants and shops. Highlands is within easy range
of Florida and the fabulous Mall of Millennia as well as numerous
outlets, one of the nicest being Premier outlets!
All main parks are within easy reach (Disney 12 mins).
Highlands Reserve golf course is within seconds of the house and
many other golf courses a few minutes drive away.
Gulf and Atlantic beaches are merely an hour's drive away and the
airport is 30 to 45 mins.
