Finding a cabin that sleeps 12 legally for this price is rare indeed. Suders Big Cabin can easily and legally handle large families or two-family groups. Plus few cabins have so many "fun" things to do inside (see below for list). We are inspected annually and registered with the city.

Our BIG cabin consists of four bedrooms and three bathrooms and also a laundry room. The cabin has a large fully equiped kitchen, a dining room, and living room. There is also a two car garage. Enjoy your time in the separate game room with a full size 8' pool table, stereo system and DVD player. We have many TV's throughout the house. Want more fun? You'll find an old-time pinball machine, a foosball table, and an air hockey table available for play. Wireless internet is included at no extra charge.

Outside there is plenty of wood decking with a gas BBQ for outdoor cooking, and a nice warm spa to take away your stress which seats 8 adults. This cabin is right across the street from the lake. Walk down the street for public lake access, where you can go fishing or just admire the beauty of Big Bear Lake. This cabin is within walking distance to the "Village", where you can dine, shop, go bowling, or see a movie. Ski slopes are a 5 minute drive from the cabin about 2 miles away.

Rates already discounted: We have lowered our rates to 2002 levels. These lower rates are truly a great deal for this is high-end home with tons of amenities.

Sleeping arrangements - Three bedrooms have queen beds, and the fourth has two twin size single beds. There is a queen futon bed in the family room, and two roll-away beds in closets of two of the bedrooms. We accept house-broken dogs in our home as well. Sorry - no other pets allowed.

Fresh Linens and towels included - Our cabin is professionally cleaned prior to your arrival and fresh linens and towels are provided.

  • We really enjoyed getting away from the city for a few days. It was nice to be able to have so much space to enjoy with friends. It's the perfect place for a few couples to get together and relax. We're used to our cramped quarters in the South Bay, so being able to have 4 couples in the same place without being cramped was a great change!

  • We just returned from 3 weeks at the beautiful Suder Cabin in Big Bear Lake. I needed a quiet place to write and for my 9 month old son and husband to have fun things to do. We had family come in and out throughout our visit and we were never crowded or on top of each other. Everything we could need was there . We loved the porch and the grill, walking to the beach at the lake and walking almost every night. The house is super clean and my husband is addicted to the pin ball game. We absolutely loved our time at the Suder Cabin!!!!

Lots to keep us busy.It has such a great location,so close to the lake.It was great to relax at night in that wonderful spa.   • It was a very nicely priced cabin considering we have 12 people and a dog. We're surprised that they have almost everything we need in the house--not only the dish washing detergent and sponge, but also bug spray and extra light bulbs. The newly remodeled kitchen and the wood floor made cooking and cleaning so easy. We walked to the lakeside from the cabin and the kids played water guns there. It was also close to the Alpine slide and the water slide. Everyone had so much fun. Hope we can go back next year.

  • My family and mother from Upstate New York recently visited Big Bear and stayed at the Suder Cabin. This was our second visit and there was a new spa and remodeled kitchen. The spa was very nice and relaxing and new kitchen area was very nice. The cabin is spacious with lots of fun activities to keep you busy. The location is great and within walking distance to town or a beach area. We will definitely go again in a couple of years.

  • Recently we returned back to this cabin after having such a great time last year. There were 5 adults and 3 children in our group. The kids loved the games, pool table, TV's, pinball, airhockey. Then when it was time to play outside, the yard was large enough to build a long snow slide and swing on the swing. Us parents were very comfortable with enclosed backyard, knowing our kids were safe and having fun. At night time when kids were asleep, we enjoyed the jaccuzi and played board games near the fireplace in the spacious living room. (oh, and the location is perfectly centered in town, which made our trips to the resorts, very accomadating). We thoroughly enjoyed our stay here, and are already planning on coming back soon.

  • This cabin has a great layout, and plenty of activities to keep the kids busy. The spa is really big and comfortable, and my wife loved tghe kitchen.
