This is a beautifully decorated one bedroom, two bath luxury condo located directly on the beach with a gorgeous view of the Gulf of Mexico and the Sugary White Sandy Beaches.
You will have all the comforts of home with a full kitchen with a full size refrigerator. There is also a stackable washer and dryer for your convenience.
The bedroom features a king size bed, TV and DVD Player, and a private bath. There is a bunk area in the hallway and a fold out, queen size sofa bed in the family/living room.
The family room features a 32" Flat screen TV, DVD player, plush furnishings and access to the balcony.
There is a huge variety of amenities at Tidewater Beach Resort including 2 large lagoon pools, an indoor pool, a 4300 square foot fitness facility with "Health Bar", spa, sauna, and steam room.
There is also a movie/media center and daily activities for the kids and the whole family.
Tidewater Beach Resort's location is prime, located very close to Highway 79 and the new Pier Park. Pier Park is a Simon Signature Project and Premier Shopping Destination for Panama City Beach. Pier Park is a 1.1 million square foot open air lifestyle center with unique shopping, dining, and tourist attractions.
Tidewater Beach Resort is also in very close range to the planned international airport scheduled to open in 2009.
