Jul-Aug .............. $1200/week (Sat-Sat)
Rates are for up to six (6) persons. Additional people are $100 additional/week.
Children 12 and under excluded. All rates include Maine State Use Tax.
We do accept PayPal, however prefer personal check.
Reservations made prior to Jan require a $100/week deposit.
Jan and beyond require a 50% of the rental deposit.
Balance due 60 days prior to occupancy.
