The villa is situated in the middle of the Val di Chiana, only a few kilometres from Castiglion Fiorentino. It positions is adapt for those who wish to go sight seeing or on daily excursions to cities such as Arezzo, Cortona, Siena, Perugia, Montepulciano and Pienza. Clients will appreciate the wonderful views and the magnificent pool. The property is divided into two buildings a main villa and a dependance. The villa is the perfect mix between the past and the present, on one side of the property you have the mythical past whereas on the other you have the sound of the high speed train which passes in the distance.
PARK: Villa Helianthus has a fully fenced, well kept garden surrounded by wood and pine forest. The property is accessible by two automatic gates, one for vehicles and the other for guests on foot, also at guests disposal is covered parking. In the garden there are gazebos furnished with tables and chairs.
SWIMMING POOL: Open from the last saturday in April to the first saturday in October, the rectangular pool measures 12 x 6 m with an average depth of 1.60 m. Also at guests disposal is a splendid hydro-massage tub with a diameter of 4 meters. The pool area is fully equipped with sun lounges, table, chairs and two large gazebo's.
INTERIORS: The main villa is divided onto two floors. On the ground floor there is a spacious living room with a antique fireplace, dining room with a splendid view of the garden, fully equipped kitchen with access onto a veranda which is equipped with table, chairs and umbrella ideal for outdoor meals. Also on this floor is a tea room, service bathroom and a double bedroom with en-suite bathroom. The second floor is accessible either internally or externally. Via the internal staircase there is a spacious living room which leads onto a veranda, a smaller living room, two double bedrooms, a twin bedroom, two bathrooms with shower and a small laundry room. DEPENDANCE: The dependance is only a few meters from the main building and is elegantly divided one from the other by a “cotto” paved courtyard. The dependence is made up of a double bedroom with large windows that over look the garden and a twin bedroom, and a bathroom with
SERVICES INCLUDED: Electricity, water, gas for coking purposes, weekly linen, initial and final clearing, pool and park maintenance.
COMPULSORY SERVICES NOT INCLUDED (supplied and to be paid locally to the owner): Extra cleaning when animals are present (€ 30,00 per animal per week).
SERVICES UPON REQUEST (supplied and payable locally to the owner): Extra cleaning (€ 20,00 per hour), extra linen (€ 15,00/person), heating (based on consumption up to date market prices), wood (€ 15,00/100 Kg), heated hydro – massage pool (€ 50,00/day).
