Welcome to our home on the main channel of Lake Hamilton. Here the views of the lake from the large covered deck are amazing. Relaxing and boat watching on the deck is a favorite pastime. The home has four bedrooms, two great rooms, and 2 bathrooms. There are two queen sized beds, one king, and two twin beds. Our home is ideal for two families to share.
Enjoy the view of the lake from every room in the house. Stay connected while you are away with the wireless internet access. The dining table has a leaf which allows seating for ten people. There is a big screen HDTV in the downstairs great room with a denon dvd player. There is also a great card table in the downstairs great room.
The deep water of the main channel allows for year round access to the boat dock for fishing and boating. The boat dock has two covered boat slips with lifts for a party barge and a ski boat. A boat can also be moored to either side of the dock. Depending on your boat type and size, please call for availability of the boat lifts. There is also a jet dock available for your jet ski. Access to the neighborhood boat ramp is one block away. Boat rentals and restaurants on the water are a short boat ride away.

We have always been fond of Hot Springs and Lake Hamilton. It is a short drive from our home town of Little Rock and it is a great vacation destination. We love being able to get away without having to travel too far.
The Unique Benefits at this Lakehouse
We enjoy boating and swimming and spending time on the deck enjoying the view of the lake. Our neighborhood is very upscale and it is quiet and peaceful. Our location is not too far from the attractions of Hot Springs but is away from all of the busyness.

My name is Wade Robertson. My wife and I are the property owners. We have three children under the ages of five. We have decided to make our home a vacation rental while the kids are little. We spent alot of time in the shade of the deck. Great view, relaxing. Morning coffee while watching the sun come up over the lake was the best part of the day. Everything we needed was here. We cooked every meal - but one! Too bad our fishermen coulden't catch "the big one" off the dock. Tehy sure had fun trying! Last morning here and i am sad. Will definitely try to come back - to this home - specifically. Very comfortable

The beds were great- very comfy. The kitchen had everything you could imagine except for wash towels/ sponges/ kitchen towels. The view in the morning and at night (full moon shining on the water) Enjoy your time with family and friends and make memories!

the house is perfectly designed for multiple families. very comfortable, clean and nice quiet neighborhood. we enjoyed our early morning coffee on the deck while the lake was still before all the boats, the birds singing. teaching the granddaughters to fish just the beauty of the area. for a long time i have wanted to do this at a place like yours - but before it gets so hot. the owners were extremely nice and it was a treat to meet them. This was a family reunion in malvern and a reunion of my immediate family here. what a way to celebrate.

a getaway to relax with family. spending time with family in this nice house. has everything we need and is beautiful. it is also close to everything, but yet still feels not too close. This was a great get-away and something we are hopefully going to do more often. This house would definitely be our 1st choice. coulden't have asked for a better vacation! p.s. maddison loved the deck. she could see all her squirrels and birds.
