It is the northern most city on the gulf coast with a tropical climate having a mean daytime January & February temperature of 65 Degrees.
White-sand beaches & tropical environment make it a relaxing place to play & explore. The Carriage Home property is located within a private, gated golf & country club development with private clubhouse, pool, spa and workout facility. A setting that is quiet, and relaxing. It is located 8 miles from the beach and 15 miles from beautiful and vibrant Naples and its trendy shopping, exceptional dinning, and wide-range of entertainment opportunities.
The large heated pool, hot tub, clubhouse and workout complex is an exclusive-access area less than 300 yards distance, open to residence and guests only.
Included is membership to the Renaissance Center, a resort-style facility with a lap pool, wading pool with water falls and sloped entry, hot tub, lunch and beverage bar with pool-side service, locker room, sauna and well-equipped fitness center. Tennis courts at the Renaissance Center are available at an hourly fee basis.
This is a recently constructed (2006) first-floor unit with 2 bedrooms, 2 baths, den/office (with sofa bed) and large screened lanai overlooking the lake in front of Palmira Golf Club's practice green. Included is a 2-car garage, laundry room with washer/dryer, wireless internet, all linens, cookware, tableware, cable TV and beach chairs and umbrella.
The location offers flexible air travel scheduling and pricing in that it is 19 miles from Southwest Florida International Airport in Fort Myers and 117 miles from Fort Lauderdale airport. The drive from Lauderdale is along I 75 and can be driven in an hour and a half.
Golf privileges at the Palmira Golf & Country Club are not included, however, there are a great number of semi-private and public courses in the immediate area.
