Casa Los Mismos is a beautiful home located 1 block from the Medano Beach and across the street from the Marina, easy walking distance to everything! The home is furnished beautifully and you will feel that you are on vacation the moment you enter the house. It has been newly painted and freshened up with a decorator's touch and is very inviting!
Cabo San Lucas is the safest city in all of Mexico and has not had any of the violence that has been experienced in other parts of Mexico. We come down here quite frequently for vacation and business and have never had a bad experience, scare or heard of any drug activity problems. This is still a peaceful city with so much of what Mexico has to offer! Come and enjoy!
You do not need a car while in Cabo because of the proximity of beach, restaurants, nightlife, and shopping to the house. You will find Casa Los Mismos an experience you will want to repeat year after year!
The house has 2 Master Suites beautifully decorated with attached Mexican tiled bathrooms, one has a Queen bed and the other has 2 Queen beds. Each of these master suites are very private, with patios off the bedrooms. They are spacious with great linens and very comfortable. The Mexican tiled bathrooms are newly remodeled and very unique in design. The rooms and bathrooms are simply fabulous with everything you need from towels to hairdryers to beach towels.
There are 2 other bedrooms and 2 bathrooms, one with a King bed and the other has 2 Queen beds. In each of these unique guest bedrooms, you will find beautiful linens and comfortable surroundings. There are beautiful private patios off each bedroom. The Mexican tiled bathrooms are so inviting with their beautiful tile designs.
There is one extra bedroom with 2 twins and a bath in the garage and is very comfortable as an extra bedroom. Linens, towels, beach towels, and hair dryers are provided in all bedrooms and bathrooms.
The top level of the house has the living room, dining area, and kitchen which has everything you will need! The kitchen has all new appliances and there is a large charcol BBQ grill outside on the pool patio deck to accomadate all your outdoor grilling. Entertaining and dining at the house is a wonderful plus when you don't feel like going out for dinner!
The bright, airy, and spacious living level of the house will make you feel immediately ready to enjoy life!! From the living room you walk out to the tropical covered patio and pool area with 4 chaises, poolside bench, sofa and chairs, and a round dining table with 4 chairs. The beautiful pool and patio is a great place to sun, swim, rest and relax, or sip margaritas!
On the top of the house there is a sun deck with a palapa for shade to enjoy as well. There are many different venues to rest, relax, visit, enjoy company while you are vacationing as Casa Los Mismos. You will find Casa Los Mismos perfect for relaxing and enjoying the beautiful weather of Baja California.
Medano Beach is literally a one block walk and is the only beach in Cabo San Lucas that is swimmable. All the water activities including parasailing, jet skis, boat rides to Lover's Beach, and horseback riding are right here. Medano Beach is THE BEACH in Cabo! It has everything from great restaurants to beautiful beach to hang out on to fantastic people watching! It is great fun day and night.
The Marina is only one short 1/2 block directly in front of the house and is full of great restaurants, ice cream parlors, bars, nightclubs, and shopping. It is beautiful and the restaurants are excellent and the nightlife is exciting and great fun! Upon request, we can send you a list of our favorites!

Amazing location (can walk to Marina, only swimmable beach, and the Office), great condition house, pool a little small but great for young kids. I would have given a 5 star, but we all got a little head cold from the AC's (maybe need to be cleaned) and we got charged $50 for a stain on a sheet that we didn't make (hard to fight the charge when you're in the states, and how does a sheet cost $50?) BUT, other than great, awesome place and awesome time!

I am sorry, but $50 is what it costs to get another set of matching queen sheets of good quality, and the property management company reports to us all that is wrong with the house after checkout. Everything about Casa Los Mismos is perfect. The location, the decor, the outdoor landscaping with pool and rooftop lounge area are all reasons to make this your vacation home in Cabo. A short walk to the beach and marina makes this location convenient and completely taxi free. The pictures on the website don't portray the beauty of this home. The owner and property manager are extremely helpful with setting you up for your time at the house.

We stayed in late February and were looking for a place walking distance to the nightlife and beach. Turned out to be a perfect location for that. The house was very big and comfortable - having this many bathrooms was definitely a big plus as was having WiFi. Loved hanging outside by the pool as well even though we didn't get in. Would def stay here again.

Very clean older home and it is the best location in Cabo, Easy access to Marina Down Town Area and Medano Beach. Great for families with older childeren. Would definitely stay here again. Highly recommend to anyone. Close to shopping and its an easy walk to anywhere you want to go.

The house was wonderful! Everyone truly enjoyed staying in your home. The maid did a wonderful job and the property management team answered all of our questions and was readily available when I called. We're already thinking about our next visit to Cabo, hopefully next year. Overall our trip was great, we fished three days. Two days with one of the other couples that came down with us, and one day with my son (23) & daughter (25). I was glad to bring my kids this time; it was a great family vacation. We enjoyed the house; we had 9 in our group and I liked the fact that there was enough space that everyone wasn’t in each other’s way. Thanks for making it available. Daniel

Annually, we take a girls only trip and this year was extra special as three girls were celebrating turning the FABULOUS age of 40! Staying at Casa Los Mismos provided the perfect place for our gathering; lounging by the pool with Pepe bringing the cocktails, relaxing on the beach, which was just a short walk away to a night on the town for the FABULOUS 40 crowd. Would recommend staying here to anyone.

We just returned from a week's stay in your beautiful home in Cabo San Lucas. It was without a doubt the perfect place for us to take our children and their spouses for our vacation in Cabo. Your home provided us with everything we needed. Lounging around the pool or sitting up on the shaded viranda overlooking the pool for our morning cup of coffee was a hit with everyone. Each couple had their own private bedroom and bathroom which was great. The kitchen was perfect for us when we stayed in and cooked our meals. But the location made us within walking distance to the marina and all the many great restaurants when we chose to go out for the evening. And the short stroll to the beach every day was so easy for us. All 8 of us definitely agree we will again like to take a trip to beautiful Cabo and hope to use your beautiful home. This house is perfect. There were 7 in our group, enjoying our last spring break. The house provided plenty of comfortable bed space and abundant outdoor patio space, including an amazing rooftop deck! With a complete kitchen, a grill and a nearby costco we were able to cook for ourselves. The management company was very helpful on arrival and the place was clean and very tastefully decorated. The location is unbeatable. We rented a car and only needed it for golfing and shopping. The beach, marina, restaurants and and bars are all a short walk away. I would recommend this house to anyone and hope to return.

We had an amazing vacation in Cabo at Casa Los Mismos. We visited in July 2009 my wife, my two children and myself. The house is located at the best location in Cabo San Lucas. The kids loved the pool, and my wife and myself loved the peace and relax at the house. We really needed a vacation like this. Cabo is beatiful, and the house ammenities are awesome!!!! The best restaurants in town are just around the corner, very well located. Thanks for everything we will definetely stay again at Casa Los Mismos!!!!

We have absolutely loved our stay at Casa Los Mismos--all three times! The amenities are warm and inviting, making it truly a home away from home. The house has everything you need to be comfortable, whether you're traveling as adults, or a family with children. With it's large kitchen and living space that flows out to the pool, in addition to the multiple patio areas, it is an entertainment venue within itself. We love that we can walk anywhere we want to go, without the need for a rental car. (However, if you do rent a car, be sure to take your Costco card with you on the trip--yes, Cabo has a Costco!) For a nice dinner, Edith's (a must do:) is just around the corner, and "The Office" is just beyond that, for a more casual, relaxing day on the beach. Puerto Paraiso Mall, The Marina, and a multitude of shops, restaurants, & clubs are all within walking distance as well. This is the ideal place to stay, and we look forward to returning to Casa Los Mismos again and again! Thank you for creating such a wonderful atmosphere.
