Amazing location (can walk to Marina, only swimmable beach, and the Office), great condition house, pool a little small but great for young kids. I would have given a 5 star, but we all got a little head cold from the AC's (maybe need to be cleaned) and we got charged $50 for a stain on a sheet that we didn't make (hard to fight the charge when you're in the states, and how does a sheet cost $50?) BUT, other than great, awesome place and awesome time!

I am sorry, but $50 is what it costs to get another set of matching queen sheets of good quality, and the property management company reports to us all that is wrong with the house after checkout. Everything about Casa Los Mismos is perfect. The location, the decor, the outdoor landscaping with pool and rooftop lounge area are all reasons to make this your vacation home in Cabo. A short walk to the beach and marina makes this location convenient and completely taxi free. The pictures on the website don't portray the beauty of this home. The owner and property manager are extremely helpful with setting you up for your time at the house.

We stayed in late February and were looking for a place walking distance to the nightlife and beach. Turned out to be a perfect location for that. The house was very big and comfortable - having this many bathrooms was definitely a big plus as was having WiFi. Loved hanging outside by the pool as well even though we didn't get in. Would def stay here again.

Very clean older home and it is the best location in Cabo, Easy access to Marina Down Town Area and Medano Beach. Great for families with older childeren. Would definitely stay here again. Highly recommend to anyone. Close to shopping and its an easy walk to anywhere you want to go.

The house was wonderful! Everyone truly enjoyed staying in your home. The maid did a wonderful job and the property management team answered all of our questions and was readily available when I called. We're already thinking about our next visit to Cabo, hopefully next year. Overall our trip was great, we fished three days. Two days with one of the other couples that came down with us, and one day with my son (23) & daughter (25). I was glad to bring my kids this time; it was a great family vacation. We enjoyed the house; we had 9 in our group and I liked the fact that there was enough space that everyone wasn’t in each other’s way. Thanks for making it available. Daniel

Fabulous 40

Annually, we take a girls only trip and this year was extra special as three girls were celebrating turning the FABULOUS age of 40! Staying at Casa Los Mismos provided the perfect place for our gathering; lounging by the pool with Pepe bringing the cocktails, relaxing on the beach, which was just a short walk away to a night on the town for the FABULOUS 40 crowd. Would recommend staying here to anyone.

We just returned from a week's stay in your beautiful home in Cabo San Lucas. It was without a doubt the perfect place for us to take our children and their spouses for our vacation in Cabo. Your home provided us with everything we needed. Lounging around the pool or sitting up on the shaded viranda overlooking the pool for our morning cup of coffee was a hit with everyone. Each couple had their own private bedroom and bathroom which was great. The kitchen was perfect for us when we stayed in and cooked our meals. But the location made us within walking distance to the marina and all the many great restaurants when we chose to go out for the evening. And the short stroll to the beach every day was so easy for us. All 8 of us definitely agree we will again like to take a trip to beautiful Cabo and hope to use your beautiful home. Spring Break 2010

This house is perfect. There were 7 in our group, enjoying our last spring break. The house provided plenty of comfortable bed space and abundant outdoor patio space, including an amazing rooftop deck! With a complete kitchen, a grill and a nearby costco we were able to cook for ourselves. The management company was very helpful on arrival and the place was clean and very tastefully decorated. The location is unbeatable. We rented a car and only needed it for golfing and shopping. The beach, marina, restaurants and and bars are all a short walk away. I would recommend this house to anyone and hope to return.

We had an amazing vacation in Cabo at Casa Los Mismos. We visited in July 2009 my wife, my two children and myself. The house is located at the best location in Cabo San Lucas. The kids loved the pool, and my wife and myself loved the peace and relax at the house. We really needed a vacation like this. Cabo is beatiful, and the house ammenities are awesome!!!! The best restaurants in town are just around the corner, very well located. Thanks for everything we will definetely stay again at Casa Los Mismos!!!!

We have absolutely loved our stay at Casa Los Mismos--all three times! The amenities are warm and inviting, making it truly a home away from home. The house has everything you need to be comfortable, whether you're traveling as adults, or a family with children. With it's large kitchen and living space that flows out to the pool, in addition to the multiple patio areas, it is an entertainment venue within itself. We love that we can walk anywhere we want to go, without the need for a rental car. (However, if you do rent a car, be sure to take your Costco card with you on the trip--yes, Cabo has a Costco!) For a nice dinner, Edith's (a must do:) is just around the corner, and "The Office" is just beyond that, for a more casual, relaxing day on the beach. Puerto Paraiso Mall, The Marina, and a multitude of shops, restaurants, & clubs are all within walking distance as well. This is the ideal place to stay, and we look forward to returning to Casa Los Mismos again and again! Thank you for creating such a wonderful atmosphere.

We absolutely loved Casa los Mismos. We couldn't have asked for a better location. The home is located within walking distance to everything (beach, restraunts, mall, marina, and excursions) The accomodations were just what we needed and amenties outstanding. We are looking forward to come back for more fishing and golf in the fall. Thanks again for sharing your little piece of paradise.

This home was perfect! The men in our group planned on fishing and we needed to be close to the marina- it was one block! We were equally as close to Medano beach. The beach was great, buckets of beer for $10 brought to us in our lounge chairs. The home was very nice, we used all the bedrooms and the layout allowed us to have privacy. The outdoor pool area and upper terrace were great in the morning for coffee- the rest of the day we enjoyed cold drinks and relaxed. I would recommend this home to anyone- we were able to walk everywhere: bars, nightclubs, shopping, restaurants, beach. It was the perfect location.

Perfection I believe is the best word to describe this home. It is in the perfect location (i don't think there could have been a better spot), it's perfectly done (all the amenities you could possibly want, not to mention the home was just beautiful), and the property management and the home owners (the Sames), were perfect to work with. My girlfriends and I had the best weekend of R&R, and cannot wait to return. Thanks again Elizabeth for allowing us to share a bit of your paradise.

Our group loved the accomodations at Casa Los Mismos. The home is beautiful and everything you need is provided including ample bath towels and beach towels. The property management company is very professional. The home is in the perfect location, just a short walk to the Marina, restaurants, and night life. Overral great experience and no complaints. I highly recommend this home for your vacation.

Casa Los Mismos is a beautiful home in the heart of vibrant Cabo. I was suprised at how much the area has to offer. Great beach, first class restaurants and shopping are just steps away from Casa Los Mismos! The home is large and private with decorator touches. We hope to return soon!

We had the most absolutly fabulous time staying at Casa Los Mismos. My husband and I took our 6 month old and stayed with two other couples and felt like we had plenty of space and privacy if we needed it in our own suite. We felt at home in this beautiful vacation home and was in walking distance to the beach and many resturants and the marina. I will definatly go back and stay at Casa Los Mismos and hopefully make it our yearly trip!!

We had the most amazing time in Cabo when we stayed at Casa Los Mismos. We visited in July 2008 with our family and two other couples. The way the house is layed out was great for us. We all had our private suites with own bathrooms. We cooked at the house several times and had dinner out on the patio. In addition, you can walk to Ediths, one of the oldest restaurants in the city......Or take a stroll to The Office and have a cadlelit dinner on the beach. If you want to people watch, all you have to do is step out the door, walk a block down to the water and choose among several different restaurants and bars. I cannot wait to return. The house is truly a diamond in the rough. If you look around the area there are few private homes left because it is located in such an ideal location. I would recommend this home to anyone who would like to enjoy Cabo!

I had an absolutely awesome time when I visited in August!! This house certainly has one of the best locations in the downtown area. The view of the town is immaculate and it is within walking distance of all of the main attractions. It is a very beautiful home and I hope to visit again.
